  1. We have Recipient View Settings for each item in Quote Builder set by default as Edit Quantity/Optional item - toggle off, Pre-select item for recipient - toggle on.

    The client would like to have the option to set up different Recipient View Settings as a default setting for the Quote Builder, for example, Edit Quantity/Optional item - toggles on, Pre-select item for recipient - toggle off. So they wouldn't have to set up those setting every time for the product item that they will be adding to their Quote Builder.

  7. As the Admin/Owner, Enterprise account I access this list often. In the Admin Panel: Workspaces - Give option for a dynamic list view of all workspaces. The current view is manual and cumbersome to scroll through when searching through my over 100 workspaces. Giving the ability to filter/sort and add columns in the list view with information about the workspace (e.g., Active users, pending invites, roles activated, etc.).
    And while seeing the logo for each workspace on this screen is a nice to have, if it was an incorrect logo or needed to be updated I couldn't do anything from…

  9. Allow us to send via our own domains via domain verification (DKIM, SPF and such).

    The recipient experience will be greater and they will feel more secure in opening it.

  13. Approvals process and actual workflow for contract going in navigating between different parties within the same company.
    For example, after you're able to do that where you set up a workflow approval process where you send a draft on over to someone. It gets edited, and then if it gets approved it gets sent on to the next party; If it gets declined, then it either stays with them until it gets edited, or tracks and goes back to step. To have like a full CLM platform.

  15. Is there a way to format the data coming in? For example, I want to change the date format to be MM/DD/YYYY and to format the amounts to have currency symbols and comma separators.

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

  18. From the documents list or even the viewed the ability to decline the document for the client. Sometimes they phone or email us directly back, not declining in Pandadoc. So they are getting reminders and our statistics are wrong.
    Why is it only the client can decline?
