  1. Bypass approval workflow if no edits made (of just small ones, not related to pricing etc.)

    Customers need to go through the approval process every time they edit the document - which is inconvenient and creates a bottle neck when they're editing for small reasons (i.e. not pricing or discount or terms related).

    It would be nice to pin approval workflows to specific blocks, or define a way to bypass for edits.

  2. Option to test payment on a document using Stripe (sandbox)

There’s no way to do that at the moment, but the good news is that we have already started working on that feature, and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter and via an alert inside PandaDoc.

  7. Access files uploaded from the Collect Files field via a link on the completed PDF, or attached to the email when a form is completed.

    It would be helpful to either have a link generated within a completed document's PDF to the file uploaded via the Collect Files field in a document/form, or to have the option to include it as an attachment on the email which is sent out when a document/form is completed. Currently the uploaded file can only be accessed via the PandaDoc UI.

  8. Multiple Custom Fonts

    Ability to add more than one custom font to a theme. Right now you can only add one, and sometimes need to add different styles of the same font, or different purchased fonts to one doc.

  11. Basic Standard/Default Fillable fields: Name, Address, Phone, etc.

    Add basic fillable fields as part of the default field options. It is important to have the flexibility to use a 'text field', HOWEVER, there are several BASIC fields that should be part of the default, so users can drag/drop in, WITHOUT constantly reusing and reconfiguring the generic 'text field'. Standard and basic fillable fields such as First/Last Name, Full Name, Email, Phone #, address MUST be part of the default offerings instead of these limited 8 currently.

    Customer was interested in having more pricing table variables to choose from for other columns outside of the Footer rows. (Such as specific items under Price column etc.)

  15. Products in different languages and currencies with the same SKU in Catalog

    How I can manage our catalog in 2 languages?
    I need use Spanish / English for our proposals. But if my product has a SKU and I sell it in several countries, the SKU is the same, not by changing the language does the product change

  18. Customize pricing table header

    Be able to add an additional header to a pricing table similar to a section title. Right now, the top header is the columns for the products and it can't be adjusted.

  19. Set all fields recognized in PDF auto-placement as required

    Currently, when you upload a PDF with form fields, the fields will be added to the PDF document but, will be set as not required.

    Would like to have the ability to choose whether these are default added as required or not required.
