Allow recipients to exit the "suggest edits" mode if a suggestion was added by mistake
It is not currently possible for a document recipient to exit the "Suggesting edits" mode if they accidentally added a suggestion and removed it. Adding a suggestion, it can be a single character, immediately pushes a document into a 'Suggesting edits" mode that cannot be exited even if a suggestion is deleted. A document sender would need to review and resend a document to move further.

Restrict who can approve requests to access documents as a collaborator.
Restrict who can approve requests to access documents as a collaborator.
Currently, we’ve identified that any user (even users on Member role who created the document) who shares a link can approve an access request when a third party tries to open that link without having the proper permissions. This poses a risk to our internal controls.
We kindly request that only administrators be allowed to approve access requests to documents shared via links.

pass the 3% service charge of Quickbooks Online to the recipient
We tested sending and paying a document using the payment app integration, and we noticed that the 3% fee is not automatically charged to the recipient—instead, it’s charged to us. According to a QuickBooks live expert, "QBO is just a receiver of data coming from any third-party app connected to it. Any setup, configurations, syncing, processes, and fees should be consulted on the third-party app’s end. We suggest contacting PandaDoc regarding this process."
Given that, how can we add or pass the 3% credit card fee to the client if they choose to pay us via credit card?

Text content placeholders for templates
Problem
We need to send quite a lot of information from our webshop to Pandadoc:
- including short values, like numbers or a couple of symbols
- but also lists or just formatted text
This is currently not possible(?) with Pandadoc, as the only way for "dynamic" data are variables. But these are far away from user-friendly...
- don't allowed formatted text, even not simple one, like strong text.
- are only really useful for short texts, but we also send paragraphs or long texts.
→ we are currently working with about 100+ variables to be able to have some kind of "decent" layout.…

Ability for a user to approve documents without needing access to "Can view any document."
Currently, even if a custom role has access to approve documents, they can only approve documents created by other users if "Can view any document" is selected. Looking for a way to have users have the ability to approve documents that they are selected to approve, but still not have access to all documents created by other users. They would only have access to documents created by other users if they were added as an approver to that document.

Webhook for Signer Changes Due to Document Forwarding
Introduce a webhook or event trigger that notifies when the signer URL changes due to recipient-forwarding behavior - i.e., when a document is forwarded, the new signer replaces the original, and the signer URL is updated. This would allow clients to keep signer tracking accurate and up-to-date in their systems.

Set the background image opacity on the downloaded PDF
For example, the colorful page background images in our reports are a drain for someone to print. This feature would give people the ability to set the opacity of a background image OR remove it altogether when the report gets downloaded as a pdf.
