  1. Customer wants to be able to automatically receive a Report of all Paid documents via CSV file, sent to her, as an example, every Monday. The report will include can include what's currently available within the Reports tab or a custom report.

  2. Currently, users can set up approval rules on templates based on quote fields (e.g., discounts applied to items). However, it’s not visually clear on the quote which sections are subject to these rules.

    It would be great if sections requiring approval - when the conditions of the approval rules are met - were automatically highlighted so the approver can easily see what to focus on. For example, if any item in a section receives a discount that triggers an approval rule, that section should be visually highlighted.

    This would allow approvers to quickly identify which parts of the quote require…

  4. Ability to customize notary message that is sent out for cancelled sessions. Currently includes email of person who created request. Would like it to reflect a 1-800 phone number instead.

  6. We have a gantt chart for project timelines in our template that we've build using a table feauture but we'd like in PandaDoc had a feature specifically for this especially because we know many of our competitoras in the space include Gantt charts in their proposals

  8. Limitation: recurring payments through Stripe only support weekly, monthly, or yearly frequencies, which don't accommodate quarterly or custom installment schedules.

    Can we have the ability to match Installment to go the same as recurring options

  12. Can PandaDoc display a clear, column-based view showing:
    Current document stage (Draft, With Rep, With Approver/Manager, With Client, Finalized)?
    Who the document is currently waiting on?
    Can this information be visible without hover actions?

  16. This is a common HubSpot ↔ PandaDoc limitation, where you can’t automatically pass a HubSpot “Rate Percentage %” line-item property into PandaDoc’s Quote Builder / Pricing Table as a percentage today—at least not directly.

  18. Are you able to use AND/OR logic within Smart Content?

    For additional context, we’re trying to conditionally surface legal terms based on what’s being purchased. For example:

    If the customer purchases only Product X, we want Legal Terms X to appear.

    If they purchase a combination of Product X and another product (Y, Z, etc.), we want a different set of legal terms to appear.

    If Product X is not included at all, then only the standard legal terms should appear.

  20. I have five dropdown fields with numeric values. I need to place another field that displays the average of those five dropdown fields. In Docusign, we achieved this with a formula field. I can't find the equivalent in PandaDoc. How would I display the average of those fields in PandaDoc?
