  3. Feature Description: "Copy to Folder" Selector
    Currently, when a user duplicates a template or document, the system automatically places the copy in the root (main) directory. This requires the user to leave their current view, locate the copy, and manually move it to the intended sub-folder.

    The Destination Picker eliminates these redundant steps by introducing a pop-up modal at the moment of duplication. This allows the user to specify exactly where the new file should live before it is even created.

  5. Problem Summary
    Currently, PandaDoc assigns all fields to roles on the template. If a field is unassigned when you send the document, PandaDoc will auto-assign it to a signer, making it editable by the client recipient—even if you intended it to be internal-only and “read only” for external signers. There’s no intuitive way, in the UI or API, to assign a field to an internal/non-signer, fill it pre-send, and then have it locked for the client who is the only signer. This results in a loss of control and integrity for fields intended as internal-use or immutable after preparation.

  6. The new UI/UX experience is awful. I have to click so many times just to get to drafts for review. I recorded a Loom of my experience. Please make this better! This is NOT an improvement.

  7. After the new update, now when you are editing a table the tool bar is at the very top or bottom of the table rather than at the row you are working in. Which means when working with a long table you are now wasting time continuously scrolling to the top/bottom to add a row or delete a row etc.

  9. I use PandaDoc to share forms that require partner signatures before I can submit it. A due date for the partner's signature, with the ability to send auto reminders if it's not signed within 24 hours of the due date, would be really helpful.

  11. Create an API endpoint or webhook that triggers based on individual field completion or real-time page navigation.

    we're looking for some way of better tracking how far along someone's getting with a document. Right now it's split into 10 key requirements, so we thought maybe that's a better way of tracking progress within a document

  15. The current product library sync does not completely solve for how end users would actually need the feature to work. It only provides a one-time sync: when a new product is created from our HubSpot product catalog it syncs that new product to our PandaDoc product catalog, but does not sync ever again. In a live environment, product details, pricing, etc. are updated throughout the year, and when those existing products are modified in HubSpot, the changes do not reflect in PandaDoc.

  18. It would be great to have the ability to filter webhook history in the PandaDoc Developer Center using a custom date range, in addition to the existing preset options. This feature would make it easier to review and analyze webhook events for specific periods.

  20. Currently there are no options to set text alignment for quote builder headers and columns (left/center/right) resulting in sloppy looking tables when presenting quotes to customers.

    Adding this feature would help with visual appeal and make both PandaDoc and our company appear as if we have an eye for detail.
