1. BRING BACK TRANSFER DATA!!!

   I understand that a new version is being built, but in the meantime WE STILL NEED THIS FUNCTIONALITY. Honestly, this is a core feature of PandaDoc, and it's borderline unusable without it. This feels like a bait and switch, and I may ask for a partial refund. We have built our workflows around this feature for years. The WHOLE POINT of PandaDoc is to avoid data entry between documents. I am livid.

   I also see that the early access version of the new experience does not include payments. Why not???? Another core feature that's now baked into our business processes. This is really an unacceptable user experience. Get your ducks in a row before you start eliminating features.

2. pass custom parameters to the redirect url

   Today, the Redirect URL after completion setting appears to be static. It would be extremely valuable if this redirect could be dynamically customized per document/session via integrations (e.g., Make / Zapier) or via variables, so customers can redirect signers to different landing pages and pass custom query parameters.

   Why this matters (use case):

   We run multiple campaigns and need to send signers to different LPs depending on:

   document template / campaign

   recipient / segment

   region / language

   deal owner / pipeline stage

   We also want to pass tracking parameters such as:

   utmsource, utmcampaign, utm_content

   internal IDs like docid, recipientid, deal_id

   This would unlock cleaner attribution and better post-sign flows (e.g., showing different onboarding steps).

   Proposed solution:
   Enable the redirect URL to be set programmatically (API + Make/Zapier) and/or with merge fields / variables, for example:

   https://example.com/thank-you?doc={{document.id}}&email={{recipient.email}}&campaign={{custom.campaign}}

   Acceptance criteria:

   Redirect URL can be set/overwritten when creating a document from a template (API / integration step).

   Redirect URL supports variables/merge fields and/or payload-based parameters.

   Redirect URL can be different per recipient (optional but ideal).

   Secure handling of parameters (e.g., allowlist / encoding) to avoid injection issues.

   Works for completed signing events consistently (web + mobile).

   Expected impact:

   Better conversion tracking and attribution

   More flexible campaign routing

   Stronger automation use cases with Make/Zapier

3. Age Verification

   Alongside the current identity document verification, PandaDoc should also offer an optional Age Verification / Legal Age Check.

   Why this is needed

   In many use cases, it is not sufficient to verify only the authenticity of an ID document. We also need to confirm that the person is of legal age (18+), or in some cases meets the country-specific age requirement (e.g. 18, 21, etc.).

   Expected functionality

   Verify the ID document as usual (existing feature)

   Extract date of birth from the document

   Automatically validate whether the person meets the legal age threshold

   Ideally, allow country-specific age rules depending on the user’s location or selected jurisdiction

   Return a clear result such as:

   ✅ Age verified (legal age reached)

   ❌ Age not verified (underage)

   ⚠️ Age verification failed / data unreadable

   Benefits

   Helps customers meet legal and compliance requirements

   Reduces manual checks and risk of human error

   Enables use cases in regulated industries (adult content, alcohol, gambling, financial services, etc.)

   We believe this would significantly enhance PandaDoc’s verification capabilities and make the ID verification product more valuable for compliance-driven workflows.

4. Team Dashboard Add Back Button after drilling into someones dashboard

   In Team Dashboard when you select a name and pull up the metrics for the team member, then go into one of the options (ie View) and when you click the back button it does not take you back to the team member dashboad but the Team Dashboad as a whole. Sounds like this is something that PandaDoc has not thought of having a back option so it takes you back to where you last were and not from the start which is not efficient

5. Request - Ask for More Information/Documents’ Option in Approval Workflow

   Description:
   Currently, the PandaDoc approval workflow only allows approvers to approve or reject documents. There is no option to request additional information or supporting documents and route the document back to the requester.

   We request a feature that allows approvers to:

   Ask for more information/documents

   Send the document back to the requester

   Allow re-upload of supporting files

   Resume the approval flow after updates

   This will improve control, reduce rejections, and make the approval process more efficient and business-friendly.

   We’d love to see a direct integration with LemonSlice (or similar platform) to embed an AI avatar of the salesperson (using a photo) into each PandaDoc proposal. This interactive agent would:

   Appear as the person sending the proposal

   Answer customer questions in real time using proposal content as context

   Help clarify details, reduce back-and-forth emails, and speed up decisions

   The avatar would be automatically generated when a proposal is sent, using the document data and salesperson’s photo. Customers could then interact with it inside the proposal viewer - no extra links or tools needed.

   This would create a smarter, more personal and responsive experience for our prospects - and make PandaDoc proposals stand out.

9. Export documents in Markdown format

   Hi there, it would be great to have the ability to export documents in .md format. Google Docs/Sheets do it too, and this is way better for AI to use and learn from our documents this way (without writing python scripts to read PDF/.docx files).

    Title: Either/Or signing (one-of-many authorized signer)

    Request: Add an “either/or signer” recipient type so a document can be sent to two (or more) authorized signers, but only one signature is required to complete the document.

    Expected behavior:

    Sender selects a signer group (e.g., Signer A OR Signer B).
    The document completes when any one signer in the group signs.
    Once one signer completes, the remaining signer(s) are automatically marked as not required and can no longer sign.
    Audit trail/certificate records who signed and that the others were optional.
    Optional: ability to restrict the group to specific emails/domains for compliance.
    Why it matters: Many organizations have multiple people with signature authority, and today we have to rely on forwarding or manual cancellation, which is error-prone and harder to control.

    It would be nice if quote builder columns could be dynamically set to show/hide to end user utilizing the rules engine in workflows. We have multiple use cases where this is valuable: multi-year agreements with price fluctuations, multi-component dynamic true-up clauses.

20. I need to simply send an email with a customers plans attached after they complete a binder agreement

    I need a way to have panda doc email a clients plans after they have completed the initial agreement and made a payment. The document would be unique for each customer, so we would have to setup the document that should be sent at the same time we are setting up the binder agreement. I feel like this is something I should already be able to do but cannot for the life of me see a way to do it.
