  3. We need native system variables (similar to Document.Value) that automatically calculate the net total and tax total across all pricing tables in a document.

    Business Case:
    Currently, Document.Value provides the gross total across all tables, but there's no equivalent for net totals or tax totals

    Users with multiple pricing tables (one per page/product) need these calculations without manual formula setup

    This would improve consistency and reduce setup complexity for multi-table documents
    Net and tax totals are as fundamental as gross totals for business documentation

  4. When a document is created through the Smart Forms process, the email is sent from whoever created the form or document template. We'd like to be able to change the name of who is sending the document.

  5. Good morning, we find the charges very high with Stripe and PayPal. Would you be open to working with Adelante? We had a call with them and they mentioned it would be straight forward but need a call with your team to discuss.

  7. We use HubSpot Enterprise and have a custom object called “Suites” that’s linked to Contacts (tenants) and Companies (properties).

    We need PandaDoc to pull data (tokens) from all three objects when creating documents — Contact, Company, and Suite — but right now it only supports two.

    Can you please request or enable:

    The ability to pull tokens from three associated HubSpot objects, and

    Support for syncing and using tokens from custom objects like our “Suites” object?

    This would help us generate complete lease documents directly from HubSpot.

  9. Our quote builder is set up like an excel document, and used to fit nicely on a single landscape excel page. With PandaDoc there is so much wasted space, and column text gets ultra skinny because you aren't able to reduce column and row margins enough.

  10. We use PandaDoc for reports (along with proposals) and we need to be able to attach KML files (Google Earth). We used to be able to do this, but the new update removed the ability to attach a KML file to a report or proposal.

  11. Instead of just making templates available to download automatically to Sharepoint, please make it to where we can assign sharepoint folders to all documents. Example: if I have a folder titled Proposals in my Sales Workspace I should be able to assign an automation that any document added to that folder also uploads to Sharepoint. Also, there should be a way to assign a folder to all signed docs. Example: I send a document that isn't a template, after it is signed it automatically goes to a backup folder in Sharepoint.

  13. I was wondering if the webhooks can detected dupilcated documents, I am trying to track when a duplicated documents and make a workflow and when I complete a duplicated document it doesn't seem to pick it up when I test the webhook.

  15. The client needs to make sure the design of their quotes is EXACTLY as it used to be - they were using pricing tables before. Now that they moved to CPQ, there are some quote design limitations that are critical for them:
