  1. When a Folder is at the top level, both navigation and Document move/copy functionality are completely bricked. Major program defect. Documented in support Ticket #76173928: "Issue with Folder and Room Structure Affecting Document Copy and Move".

    Solution options:
    1. Prevent use of Folders at top level, require it must be Rooms.
    2. Make program navigation and document move/copy navigation work if Folders are at the top level.

  2. Request for a new API endpoint that returns all workspaces associated with a specific user within an organization.

    Example desired functionality:

    GET /users/{user_id}/workspaces

    or

    GET /user-workspaces?user_id={id}

    This would allow integrators to dynamically determine which workspaces a user belongs to without retrieving the full user list across the organization.

    Customer Context

    Customer operates a franchise model with:

    40+ workspaces

    500+ users

    Shared identity across the organization

    Heavy API-based embedded document workflows

    Users may belong to multiple workspaces simultaneously.

    The customer initiates document creation from their CRM and needs to determine which workspace the user should interact with before creating the document.

  5. Hi. I have a question regarding the quote block (not price table). If I insert a tax with currency/money value instead of percentage the calculation seems to be broken if I change the price of any quote item. There is no recalculation after changing a price. Instead, a correction of the percentage takes place. That's really bad UX and a major source of errors. Is there a trick to getting around it?

  7. It would be nice to have both the ability to simply disable the 'sign this quote' reminders for a particular quote that has been sent and also to temporarily pause the reminders for a particular amount of time if the customer gets annoyed or requests it to stop.

    The workarounds are not good enough.

  9. There should be a way to align the fields' positions with each other. If we add multiple fields one under another, we can change their position using the spacebar key, but even then, the fields' position isn't completely aligned.

  10. Clicking on a template title should create a new document by default. Editing the template should live under the “More” dropdown. This would align with common UX expectations and reduce accidental template edits.

  11. On the document viewer page add a link to force out a reminder email. Allow for the multi-selection of documents to bulk email reminders to multiple signers.
    On the dashboard, include an overview of sent documents that remain unsigned, listed in order of which will expire first.

  12. I have an entertainment company in Las Vegas. I use PandaDocs to send out proposals to my clients. I utilize the catalog feature to organize the various talent, acts, and activations we offer to our clients. I’d like to suggest a few changes to the platform that would enhance my process and make it more efficient and user-friendly.

    1. When I add an item from the catalog to a proposal, I often find that the item requires updates. It would be beneficial if I could update the item directly in the proposal and then sync the update back to the catalog.…

  13. I understand that a new version is being built, but in the meantime WE STILL NEED THIS FUNCTIONALITY. Honestly, this is a core feature of PandaDoc, and it's borderline unusable without it. This feels like a bait and switch, and I may ask for a partial refund. We have built our workflows around this feature for years. The WHOLE POINT of PandaDoc is to avoid data entry between documents. I am livid.

    I also see that the early access version of the new experience does not include payments. Why not???? Another core feature that's now baked into our business processes.…

  14. Today, the Redirect URL after completion setting appears to be static. It would be extremely valuable if this redirect could be dynamically customized per document/session via integrations (e.g., Make / Zapier) or via variables, so customers can redirect signers to different landing pages and pass custom query parameters.

    Why this matters (use case):

    We run multiple campaigns and need to send signers to different LPs depending on:

    document template / campaign

    recipient / segment

    region / language

    deal owner / pipeline stage

    We also want to pass tracking parameters such as:

    utmsource, utmcampaign, utm_content

  15. Alongside the current identity document verification, PandaDoc should also offer an optional Age Verification / Legal Age Check.

    Why this is needed

    In many use cases, it is not sufficient to verify only the authenticity of an ID document. We also need to confirm that the person is of legal age (18+), or in some cases meets the country-specific age requirement (e.g. 18, 21, etc.).

    Expected functionality

    Verify the ID document as usual (existing feature)

    Extract date of birth from the document

    Automatically validate whether the person meets the legal age threshold

  16. In Team Dashboard when you select a name and pull up the metrics for the team member, then go into one of the options (ie View) and when you click the back button it does not take you back to the team member dashboad but the Team Dashboad as a whole. Sounds like this is something that PandaDoc has not thought of having a back option so it takes you back to where you last were and not from the start which is not efficient

  17. Description:
    Currently, the PandaDoc approval workflow only allows approvers to approve or reject documents. There is no option to request additional information or supporting documents and route the document back to the requester.

    We request a feature that allows approvers to:

    Ask for more information/documents

    Send the document back to the requester

    Allow re-upload of supporting files

    Resume the approval flow after updates

    This will improve control, reduce rejections, and make the approval process more efficient and business-friendly.

  18. When pushing data from HubSpot, if there is a line item without a discount (i.e.. $0.00), PandaDoc automatically changes the discount to a percentage for some reason. All line items are $$ amounts in HubSpot; this is happening on the backend. As a client-facing document, it looks unprofessional showing every other line item in $ and 1 line item in %. We have to manually change it to $ on every single document.

  20. We’d love to see a direct integration with LemonSlice (or similar platform) to embed an AI avatar of the salesperson (using a photo) into each PandaDoc proposal. This interactive agent would:

    Appear as the person sending the proposal

    Answer customer questions in real time using proposal content as context

    Help clarify details, reduce back-and-forth emails, and speed up decisions

    The avatar would be automatically generated when a proposal is sent, using the document data and salesperson’s photo. Customers could then interact with it inside the proposal viewer - no extra links or tools needed.
