Auto and Manual sort of products on Forms and Quotes
Currently when you add a product sku to a form, there is no way to change the order of which those products show on the form. And then that translates to quote.
It would be awesome to be able to sort products manually so I can make sure they show up in a good order for my reps and customers.

Salesforce Child Object Repeater Fields (Non-Product)
I have the need to use tabular data that is non-product related into my Pandadoc templates.
What I mean by this is for a quote / proposal or other primary object, I have custom lookup objects in Salesforce that needs to be mapped in a repeatable way into a standard table in Pandadoc.
I don't want to use a pricing table or quote builder table, just a standard table with rows that repeat for each related lookup object associated with my primary object, say a quote or an opportunity in Salesforce.

Flexible Formatting in Quote Builder and UI Notifications When a Formatting Issue and Breaks CRM Sync
We use PandaDoc with HubSpot. Current formatting requirements are very rigid. Would be very helpful and improve readability for our customers if quotes could have simple flexibility such as US date formatting option, forward slash or period for dates instead of strictly hyphens, and commas allowed for numbers.

Ability to Switch from Mobile Browser Version to Desktop Browser Version on Mobile Phone
Currently when you open PandaDoc.com on a mobile browser, the mobile version of the site displays, but there's no way to opt out of that version & continue displaying/using the full desktop version.
As someone who prefers to use a mobile browser over an app, it would be nice to at least have the option to display the full site on my mobile browser.

reference variables linked to heading numbering
It would be great if we could have a variable that links to the Auto-numbering in templates and automatically adjusts with the numbering system.
For example. If I write a paragraph that references Section 1 Article 3. But then a heading is placed before this article in order of the document, ultimately pushing the Article down to Section 1 Article 4. However, I have a manually written paragraph later on in the document which references Section 1 Article 3. I now would have a variance as the manually written paragraph is referencing the incorrect article.

As an avid user of e-signature platforms, I deeply miss the simple "mark area" tool which allows me to select multiple form fields in one quick move, thus allowing for a series of actions that would make the e-signature process easier and faster. By way of example, this would allow for a quick series of copy paste of multiple fields (such as the usual date - name - signature form fields) and pasting them while also being able to alternate between recipients.

Provide help text that specifies exact time/date of expiration
Create some help text on documents that states when exactly (i.e. time & date) the document will expire. My team frequently forgets whether setting, for example, a 6/30 expiration date will make the document expire at 12am on 6/30, or at 11:59pm on 6/30.

We'd like the ability to add a customized disclaimer to proposals we send to our clients. For example, when they click the link to sign, they receive a pop-up on their screen with our disclaimer language, which requires them to "agree" to our terms before continuing with the document.

Warning when publishing changes to all content using a theme
I would like there to be a red flag warning "Are you sure?" when making changes to a theme and publishing it to "all content that uses that theme". This additional step would make sure that the user knows this doesn't affect just this template, but would affect ALL templates and content library items that currently use this theme.
Also, the word "Publish" for saving the change is counterintuitive. Many platforms use this same word to "save" changes or make changes take effect, even for an individual document or template.
