Bring back tiles on home screen
We are missing the home screen view that put documents into different tiles. It was removed in the recent update, please bring it back!

Drag to highlight and select multiple fields at once. Mass edit the selected fields
Use the mouse to mass select multiple fields at once by dragging. Similar to highlight function on your computer. Mass update "required" field settings or change assignment to different person. Multi-clicking takes so much time when you have hundreds of fields in a form.

Please bring back the Documents Overview home screen - from someone who uses Pandadoc daily!
There seem to have been some changes to Pandadoc, and I was told that the Documents Overview screen can't be made the default screen again. Please bring it back!

Update Content from File" for Editable Text Box Templates
Problem Statement: Many of our most important templates were built "natively" in PandaDoc using individual text boxes, not an uploaded file.
Our legal and operations teams frequently send us revised versions of these documents as a new PDF or Word file. When this happens, our only option is to manually:
Open the new PDF and the old PandaDoc template side-by-side.
Read through both to find the differences.
Manually copy the new, updated text from the PDF.
Find the corresponding text box in the PandaDoc template.
Delete the old text and paste in the new text.

The ability to apply an expiration date to a form.
It would be convenient to be able to apply an expiration date to a form link, so that they automatically expire after a certain date. For example, I create a form for an event being held on November 21, 2025. The link for this form, as well as any started but not completed responses will automatically expire on November 22, 2025.

Please bring back the timeline on the homepage
Please bring back the timeline on the homepage or offer it as an option for those that want it . The small window now offered is not as easy to scroll through. It was much more visually appealing and easier to quickly assess the most recent activities when permanently on the left side of the home screen. I do not like the new interface at all.

Set Silent parameter at recipient level
Currently it is only possible to set silent = true or false at the document level. There are scenarios where recipient level control is needed, e.g. for embedded signing. If recipient A is embedded signing and recipient B is signing from email, we wouldn't want recipient A to also receive email notifications.

I inquired a few weeks ago in another ticket. Can you please confirm the number of API usage I have in a month and in a year? Also, your collague was able to break down the API usage per date, per document, but can you also break it down by workspace and document? thank you

Natively integrate with Zip procurement tool to compete with DocuSign's native integration supported via Zip.
Function: Automates the purchase order process by integrating with PandaDoc for e-signatures after internal approvals are collected.
Workflow: A purchase request is initiated in Zip, routed through necessary teams, and then sent to PandaDoc for the final signature process.
Allow users to send zipForm documents directly to PandaDoc Rooms for signing and completion.

Native Variables for Net Total and Tax Total Across All Pricing Tables
We need native system variables (similar to Document.Value) that automatically calculate the net total and tax total across all pricing tables in a document.
Business Case:
Currently, Document.Value provides the gross total across all tables, but there's no equivalent for net totals or tax totalsUsers with multiple pricing tables (one per page/product) need these calculations without manual formula setup
This would improve consistency and reduce setup complexity for multi-table documents

Display “Partially Signed” Status for Documents
Add a status or section within PandaDoc that indicates when a document has been partially signed meaning at least one recipient has signed, but not all assigned fields or recipients have completed their signatures yet.

Change name of person sending file
When a document is created through the Smart Forms process, the email is sent from whoever created the form or document template. We'd like to be able to change the name of who is sending the document.

I would like to make it possible to ONLY send a completed document to the finance department.
We have put our finance department in CC to receive the completed document for administration. However, they ALSO receive the first e-mail when sending a document ("[Sender name] sent you a document"). Right now, there's no way to prevent CC'd recipients from receiving the initial "[Sender name] sent you a document" notification entirely. I would like to make it possible to ONLY send a completed document to the finance department. Now, administration gets a lot of unnessecary emails.

The current API for populating tables is too restrictive. It requires a rigid, predefined table structure and a payload format that must match that structure exactly. This limitation makes it impossible to send flexible or nested JSON data (e.g., objects, arrays) and have it dynamically populate a table.

pull updated variables from Zoho CRM
Once a Pandadoc document is created from Zoho CRM there is no way to update variables when the content changes in Zoho CRM. Please add a right pane in Pandadoc just as with Hubspot where data in variables can be updated after document creation.
