Destination picker option during the making a copy of a template or document.
Feature Description: "Copy to Folder" Selector
Currently, when a user duplicates a template or document, the system automatically places the copy in the root (main) directory. This requires the user to leave their current view, locate the copy, and manually move it to the intended sub-folder.The Destination Picker eliminates these redundant steps by introducing a pop-up modal at the moment of duplication. This allows the user to specify exactly where the new file should live before it is even created.

Downloadable Bulk Send Status Report with Recipient Tracking
The ability to generate and download a comprehensive status report for bulk send documents that shows which recipients have signed and which have not.

Current status of each document (Sent, Viewed, Completed, etc.)
Timestamp data for key actions
Filter options to view specific statusesOr include options in the Reports feature

Reinstate Free Usage Credits for Customers with Over 12 Years of Subscription
Long-term PandaDoc customers—those who have maintained an active subscription for more than 12 years. The recent policy change that sunsets free usage credits after the first 12 months may have a disproportionate effect on this segment of highly committed users. Reinstating complimentary usage credits for these long-tenure customers would recognize their longstanding partnership, boost satisfaction, and promote ongoing use of automation features without additional charges.

Enhance the Bulk Import interface
Make a sorting page or a page that lets you see the files you are uploading before you proceed with the bulk import. Right now, the moment you drag files into the Bulk Import page, it will upload it right away. This flow can be disrupted if your files are in different folders in your computer.
Sometimes, files are all over the place and it's a good thing to have this buffer page to let you navigate multiple folders to upload files from.
Current workaround is to consolidate files into one folder before uploading via Bulk Import.

Assigning Fields to Internal Non-Signers
Problem Summary
Currently, PandaDoc assigns all fields to roles on the template. If a field is unassigned when you send the document, PandaDoc will auto-assign it to a signer, making it editable by the client recipient—even if you intended it to be internal-only and “read only” for external signers. There’s no intuitive way, in the UI or API, to assign a field to an internal/non-signer, fill it pre-send, and then have it locked for the client who is the only signer. This results in a loss of control and integrity for fields intended as internal-use or immutable after preparation.1 vote -
Automated Page Breaks in Template Builder
In the template editor, it would be helpful to not only indicate page breaks via the marker on the margin, but to actually insert automatic page breaks directly.
This would make it much faster and easier to format pages properly. When relying solely on the page break marker, the final appearance of the page is always a guessing game.1 vote
