I need to simply send an email with a customers plans attached after they complete a binder agreement
I need a way to have panda doc email a clients plans after they have completed the initial agreement and made a payment. The document would be unique for each customer, so we would have to setup the document that should be sent at the same time we are setting up the binder agreement. I feel like this is something I should already be able to do but cannot for the life of me see a way to do it.

Allow the same templates in multiple folders
I want to put the same template into two different folders. Each employee has a folder and I want to essentially have shortcuts to the same templates for both of them.

Sort documents by RECIPIENT in Documents View
It is not possible to sort documents sent by RECIPIENT in the Documents View page - it is sorting by document name and all of my engagement letters have the same name so this is not helpful at all.
I need to log in our task management system the letters that are sent and it would be SO much easier if the letters were sorted alphabetically by last name of recipient. native setting to prevent a document creator from filling out fields prior to sending
After the client completes their required fields and signs, we need the document to return to the original preparer so they can enter a contract start date and then sign. The key requirement is that this start date field must be technically locked and not editable by the preparer until after the client has executed the document.
Have the need to prevent the creator from filling in fields prior to sending.

column-wide text formatting in pricing tables
Currently if you export a pricing table to the content library and then reimport it into another template all of the formatting is messed with (it changed all text to a large incorrect font, made it bold and aligned it to the right!) either fix this or allow column-wide text formating for non-numerical cells in a pricing table so we can at least fix it quickly.

Option to send via email even if send via link is selected
Noticing that sometimes a user selects “Link” instead of “Email / SMS”. It tends to slow down our workflows if the creator doesn’t realize they selected link and would like to have the option to send via email even if the send via link is selected.

Approval workflow: Allow approval between first and second signer
Allow workflow: "First signer completes → Document comes to you for approval → After you approve → Second signer receives it."
I am currently only being able to Approve the document before sending it, not between the first and second signer

Share templates with CLIs across workspaces
Content Library items are not carried over when sharing templates across workspaces. When we share a template to another workspace, the Content Library elements inside that template do not transfer automatically. As a result, we must either (a) manually share each Content Library item or (b) recreate all missing items in the other workspace. This creates additional work and increases the risk of inconsistencies.

Customize the expiration time, not only the date.
Customize the expiration time, not only the date. If I send a document at 14:37, I want it to expire at 23:59, not at 14:37. For example: I create a document at 14:37 on 01.12.2025. I want it to expire in 3 days. PandaDoc will now let it expire on 04.12.2025 at 14:37. But it does not make any sense to expire at this time. At our company all documents expire at midnight. I want to be able to customise the exact time of expiration, not only the date/day.

All customer email and communication needs to be part of the integration of PandaDoc and Hubspot.
we need the email correspondence from the PandaDoc signing process (both your sends and recipient replies) to be logged in the activity log of the customers Hubspot account. We log all customer communication in HubSpot and now these emails are missing from our records as they do not transfer over.

New Design & general feature parity on EU Server
Looking for feature parity between PandaDoc US and EU server. I was generally not available that templates are not available, the new design is not available, rooms, mobile app etc. are not available etc on the EU Server. We need the EU server for regulatory reasons, so it's vital that this option exists. But finding out that it seems to be a less maintained/delayed version of PandaDoc US is frustrating, as this was not mentioned during the sales process. I'm worried about what other limitations I will find.

Face nossa necessidade de serviço, solicitamos que seja possível enviar mais de um lembrete de assinatura, por pessoa, por dia. A mesma pessoa pode precisar assinar mais de um documento, diferente, por dia, e essa restrição de assinatura está impactando negativamente o andamento de nossas tarefas.
Exemplos:
1) uma pessoa pode receber mais de um documento (diferente) para assinar;
2) nossos técnicos precisam cobrar assinaturas de vários documentos, para vários usuários distintos, e a limitação de enviar os lembretes, está prejudicando esse procedimento.

Fix the New Navigation
The new navigation makes it so that what I used to be able to do in one click now takes multiple. When I log in, it takes me directly to my drafts, but I am not the one creating the drafts. In order to get to the team drafts, I have to click on Team Dashboard, then Drafts. If I click directly onto "Documents," the drafts are intermixed with the other document statuses and there is no option to just see the drafts. So then I have to click back to Home > Team Dashboard > Drafts.

It will be extremely time-consuming to utilize Pandadoc without this functionality, if possible at all.
Since we are relying on the Pandadoc API and Embedded Signing to integrate Pandadoc into our platform, we need to fulfill certain business needs. One of those needs is to allow for several users from a given organization the opportunity to sign a document.
