  4. the default pricing table columns should work in the similar way as the cost column
    so you can set up it in the way so it will disappear automically and won't be visible to recipients

  6. Currently, for a user completing a form, they will automatically receive 2 email notifications: 1 for that they've completed the form (but the language is confusing) and 1 when the form is complete. These messages are confusing to an end user who has the experience of completing a form and does not expect any further action.

    Could notifications be turned on or off in by User? Where the roles are defined, could there be an additional choice to have them select email notifications when 1. Their part is complete 2. When the document is completed by all?

  10. the ability to copy and paste line items; especially when you're giving a large facility a quote per department, and writing the same line item 30-40 times. The ability to copy the first line item and paste it 30+ times would greatly reduce the setup time for creating a large quote the first time.

  12. It is very limiting that the PD integration with Freshsales is only available at the deal level. A large portion of our needs to send documents to existing clients have nothing to do with a deal and need to be sent at the Account/Company level. Can you please enable the integration at the account/company level :)

  14. For the hubspot + panda integration, can we create workflows in hubspot based on actions taken in a panda document. For instance, with the analytics feature (page views, clicks, etc.), do you know if that can be reported back into hubspot to trigger another email? I wasn’t sure if that data was reported into hubspot as well or if that only lives in the Panda platform.

  17. I'd like to have a Variable appear multiple times throughout a template, but I want a dropdown option for the Variable.

    For example, let's say I need to specify one of 3 locations: US, AUS or EU. Let's say that choice is repeated in various locations throughout my template. Right now, PandaDoc offers no way to choose that option from a dropdown AND have it repeat throughout the document.

    I can either:
    a) make a Variable with no dropdown option, or
    b) create a Field with dropdown option, but I can't duplicate that field, so I'd have to manually re-enter…
