    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

  5. Attach quote as a PDF, when quote is sent

    Please add an option to attach a PDF copy of the quote to the email PandaDoc sends recipients. Currently the email only links to the dynamic quote. Many customers prefer a PDF they can save, forward. Ideally a toggle at the template/workspace level.

    Not just attachment on completion.

  6. Ability for SSO group-based provisioning to also apply to existing users on future logins

    Currently, SSO group-based provisioning in PandaDoc only applies during the initial user creation at first login and does not update group assignments on subsequent logins for existing users. We would like to request the ability for SSO group-based provisioning to also apply to existing users on future logins, so that group membership and related access can be dynamically updated based on IdP group changes.

    This enhancement would ensure that user access remains aligned with identity provider group assignments over time, reduce manual administrative updates, and improve overall access management accuracy and security.

  7. Add the chat feature back in the new editor

    I need the chat dialogue box it's critical. It was the deciding feature for us staying with Pandadoc. Docusign has this feature.

  8. Disable “Total Section Value” and “Total Contract Value” fields from auto showing on document when generating docs via HubSpot

    When creating a document via HubSpot, the “Total Section Value” and “Total Contract Value” fields automatically show. Would like a way to disable this so that we don't have to hide them after generating the document.

  14. Allow Admin to login as other users to verify account settings and/or troubleshoot

    As an administrator, I would like to login as another user to view better understand the platform from their settings. Allow myself to adjust their settings if necessary and troubleshoot any issues they may be experiencing.

  18. Formatting properties as percentages

    HubSpot properties that are numbers formatted as percentages (%) currently appear in PandaDoc documents as decimals. It would be great to have them formatted as percentages, like the HubSpot formatting (i.e. 65% rather than 0.65).
