  14. send 1 email with all of the signers in the "To" field and email address in the "CC" field of the same email

    The issue is that your system sends a separate email to each recipient using the "To" field instead of 1 email to all recipients.  In your app, I chose my email address as a "CC".  In any email system, there is a "To" field and a "CC" field.  What I was asking for is to send 1 email with all of the signers in the "To" field and my address in the "CC" field of the same email.
