The ability to center / align all information in the pricing table (QTY, Price, etc).
Right now, we can only center the text for text columns.

Restrict ability to add blocks/new content to a document
Need a way of restricting a user’s ability to add blocks at document level. We want them to be able to add variables and fields, but they should not be able to add content to a document from their side.

calculate subtotal for 1 item in pricing table
calculate subtotal for 1 item in pricing table ( in case there are many items. at the moment if the quantity is 5 for example, line subtotal will be for all 5 items. Clients need to see also subtotal per item and then subtotal for the needed quantity.

This change allows us to further explore the feasibility and impact of this and other requested enhancements, ensuring that any updates we introduce are in the best interest of our users and align with our platform's long-term vision.

Toggle to add/remove permission to print document before sending through PandaDoc
most of our users prefer to create their documents, then download them and/or print them out instead of sending them out through PandaDoc or presenting them digitally in person. The problem there is that, even with an approval rule in place, it appears that users can still just create their document and download it, which would allow them to completely circumvent the approval process. That’s obviously a huge liability for us, which is why we’ve not made this particular service template available to anybody outside of our master workspace (which only very specific people can currently access). Highlight/ point out unassigned fields in the template/document
should be an easy way to see which fields are not assigned (in addition to green color, such fields can be highlighted somehow or pointed out/ do have a pop-up so it will be easier to find the unassigned fields

removing recipient's name as sender for forms
Customer wants the ability to remove the recipient's name as the sender of the document in the email subject when they initiate a Form or the ability to turn off this notification so the recipient doesn't receive it entirely. Having the recipient's name there might cause confusion for their recipients and it could cause more work for them.
Exact wording from customer:
So, let's say our client, John Smith is sent the link to complete the Form. He clicks the link and fills in his information, email and name. He is then sent an email notification, "John Smith sent you…
