An error occurred while saving the comment Customer L. Link from large non-profit has threatened full churn; once customers complete documents they often have to upload numerous requirements using Collect Files field; and when the document is complete it currently requires MANY different attachments to be opened one at a time to get the COMPLETE document. We need a way for them to see all of the attachments.

An error occurred while saving the comment Account Owner very much needs to be able to do a document search across ALL workspaces at one time when searching for documents--she often spends large amounts of time looking for documents b/c she is not sure of the owner and the creator of the document could potentially be a part of multiple workspaces. mwillis@nkcac.org

We wanted to share an update regarding this idea. After careful consideration and further analysis of the idea, we have adjusted its status to "Not Planned."
This change allows us to further explore the feasibility and impact of this and other requested enhancements, ensuring that any updates we introduce are in the best interest of our users and align with our platform's long-term vision.

An error occurred while saving the comment I have a customer with Sales Reps that are moving fields and creating major problems with documents going out to customers. Content locking does NOT solve the problem b/c they can still move the fields. Need a way to not only lock content, but ALSO be able to lock fields into position. Customer has threatened to churn without this feature request.

An error occurred while saving the comment Direct request from my customer: a feature that would save time is a search field in the FOLDERS under CONTENT LIBRARY.
We happen to have about 30 folders here so a search with a keyword is helpful and saves time in scrolling. kate.dilorenzo@carrworkplaces.com

An error occurred while saving the comment This is a major need for one of my customers and for any customer that has multiple options for a recipient to need to choose from. Using checkboxes instead of radio buttons is not any better at all b/c you cannot require them all to be required...which means leaving them ALL unrequired which could lead to skipping that section completely.

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. Unfortunately this feature does not exist natively, however there is a workaround to obtain the necessary download. Please submit a ticket to the Support Team to export all documents (or completed+paid) with the files uploaded into collect files field.

End users can not re-start a form if there’s an existing open document for that form. DocuSign HAS THIS ABILITY already---it forces some of our Forms users to leave us b/c it prevents charging for a Form that was never completed or users starting same Form over and over.
