  1. To be allowed to set the zoom level for the preview view. Currently, the preview of the offer stretches across the entire width of large screens, which doesn't look good. Some customers won't know how to scale it down themselves.

  2. The ability to insert colored rectangles or other geometric shapes (like lines!), e.g., as a background. Currently, this is only possible with a text box. That’s not very elegant.

  3. I would like there to be a red flag warning "Are you sure?" when making changes to a theme and publishing it to "all content that uses that theme". This additional step would make sure that the user knows this doesn't affect just this template, but would affect ALL templates and content library items that currently use this theme.

    Also, the word "Publish" for saving the change is counterintuitive. Many platforms use this same word to "save" changes or make changes take effect, even for an individual document or template.

  4. Improve the document import process to ensure that when documents are uploaded to PandaDoc, numbered/bullet lists reflect the original structure.
    The numbered lists sometimes become bullet lists after import, or vice versa. For example:
    1. a
    2. a
    become


    Additionally, when there are nested lists, only the 1st level list is kept after import; other levels are lost.

  6. We, like many school districts or companies around the nation need to print out the contract after someone signs it. Since Pandadocs has redesigned the signage page, we now have to print out 2 pages, just for the electronic signage data trail, which is a pain. This was not the case in 2024, as I have been doing employee contracts like this for years via Pandadocs.

  10. Hey ! In my opinion, it would be a good idea to add a margin and padding option for the page header, because when you make quotations and the automatic page break occurs, if you download the PDF it doesn't look good on the following page because the content sticks to the header, which can give a bad image of the company to potential future customers.

  13. If a customer fills out a form - say a medical form for their student in January and the student has no ailments. Then in June, the student starts taking prescribed medication and the customer needs to add the information to the form they already submitted

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

  18. Use Case: Users are required to generate documents that go through an approval workflow before being sent to customers. However, some users bypass this process by downloading the document immediately after generation and sending it outside of PandaDoc.

    Ideal solution: Introduce an automation or developer-mode feature that disables the download option by default and automatically enables it once the document has been approved.

  20. Currently, templates and CLI's that are edited in their original workspace do not have the same changes reflected to the same items that are shared in other workspaces in the org.

    This causes great problems for clients, if those shared items are used for smart content, for example, no changes to the original item will reflect on the shared items. This causes clients to make several manual changes, duplicating the items so they will reflect the changes in the shared workspaces as well as reconfiguring smart content rules.
