51 votesHi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

If a variable in HubSpot is blank let the system to insert a text field and assign it to the recipient to gather the information instead of the blank variable

The ability to change pricing table description formatting on the template level so it affects all documents.
For example, the description text comes in grey automatically -- and the client would like the color to be black automatically instead of having to change it in each document.

Automatically change document status if opportunity is closed.
Automation: if the connected opportunity in Salesforce is closed, then the PandaDoc document would move to completed status, without a checkbox/signature/call to action.

How can we automatically link that Salesforce Opportunity ID back to the PandaDoc?
We currently have an integration with Hubspot and Salesforce. I believe we have a process where a document is attached to a Hubspot deal, and at a certain point, Hubspot creates a Salesforce Opportunity record as a result of that deal. How can we automatically link that Salesforce Opportunity ID back to the PandaDoc?

Generate a bundled document transaction based on smart content
Use smart content to generate a bundle documents
ex. if "x" product is selected: triggers document bundling based on smart content selected and add "x, y, z" documents to the bundle.ex. IN HS sales person would select products - as cart is built then bundled docs will be generated based on the products selected.
