Ability to reorder user list within a workspace
Right now the user list is ordered by account owner and role. It would be preferred if users could choose the order themselves (alphabetical, by role, by addition to workspace, etc)

If the same user is being a part of multiple approvers groups on a single document, notifications should be sent separately for each group

Document bundle: send documents at different times
Option to create a bundle of documents and set up the sending order, for example, there are 3 documents in the bundle and firstly, send one, later send another two.

9 votesHi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

Would like to have the ability to duplicate a document while in the dashboard view. Currently, you can only Delete it in this view.

Approvals Process - Wpromote
Approvals process and actual workflow for contract going in navigating between different parties within the same company.
For example, after you're able to do that where you set up a workflow approval process where you send a draft on over to someone. It gets edited, and then if it gets approved it gets sent on to the next party; If it gets declined, then it either stays with them until it gets edited, or tracks and goes back to step. It would be nice if instead of having a column in the pricing table to show pictures if the name itself could be clicked on to bring up the gallery of pictures associated with the product.

Update PandaDoc Document Status based on Salesforce Opportunity Stage
So we are currently able to update the Salesforce Opportunity Stage when the status of related PandaDoc Document is changed (i.e. PandaDoc Document Completed = Opportunity Stage Closed Won) but we would like the ability to do the opposite. The use case here is we would like to mark all outstanding "sent" documents as 'Declined' when we move the related Salesforce Opportunity as Closed Lost. This will ensure there are no outstanding documents "hanging out" that are related to dead sales opportunities.

Additional Document List Information
Currently the document list has Title, Status, Value, and Modified date. It would be nice if other data were available like the number of documents within the document and the number of attachments attached to a document.

Multiple Workspace collaboration
A way for workspaces to communicate customers information better. We have many different departments who all deal with a customers file but at different stages. There needs a way to Be able to create workspaces for area of customer relations but have the customer banks the same. example adding contacts to multiple workspaces with one entry. having their sent documents visible from all workspaces. but allow initial processing, sold jobs, payment, and aftercare/service be separate. allows team to stay in their lanes and not see the mess of other departments.
