The ability to darken the text in the pricing table when option item is enabled.
For example, for recipients who prefer to print out a PDF of a document to read it on paper, it is hard to read the description for items in a pricing table when the text is greyed out because the optional item feature is enabled for the pricing table.

The ability to have conditional logic with template roles.
Can a template with two separate roles (Customer 1 & Customer 2) take in conditional logic? Meaning, if there is not a 2nd customer, then don't fill in the 2nd customer custom variables, but if there is then do fill in the 2nd customer variables. Or, if there is not a 2nd customer email provided, then the document is finished after Customer 1 signs.

- due to API would like to schedule wants to control when to publish live update to environment loan contracts are going out throughout the day. would like to stage changes to templates to publish live at "x" time. Risk to be halfway through change and a contract is sent out (or mistake) can be sent out at the time of edit.

Critical security feature: Clearly show email of the person who prepared the contract to prevent fishing attack
We use PandaDoc to sign documents with contractors, vendors, etc. Typically someone from the team prepares the contract and then the management (often me) gets an email with a request to sign, sign it and that's it.
The problem is, that there is no way for management to verify, who actually created the contract. There is just the name of that person but no email! This creates a simple attack vector - anyone with PandaDoc can now change their name to match someone from another company, create an arbitrary contract, send it to some person from that company and have…

Implement the ability to fill in a signature field on the template level (For example, if a sender wants to have his/her signature field filled in before sending all the documents which are created from this template).

We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

Toggle to add/remove permission to print document before sending through PandaDoc
most of our users prefer to create their documents, then download them and/or print them out instead of sending them out through PandaDoc or presenting them digitally in person. The problem there is that, even with an approval rule in place, it appears that users can still just create their document and download it, which would allow them to completely circumvent the approval process. That’s obviously a huge liability for us, which is why we’ve not made this particular service template available to anybody outside of our master workspace (which only very specific people can currently access).
