  2. As a second request, I’d love to have multiple approval workflows with ability to send back 1 level and not back to the start of the approval process. For instance, if 1 group is accountable for wording, 1 for legal and 1 for pricing. I don’t want someone adjusting pricing to require everything to start from the beginning again.

  4. Its not necessarily a rate changes only that we need to change but rather the documents themselves usually have multiple updates each season. For instance we have a template that has about 4 pages: A Customer Information Form, a Payment Policy Notification, a Winter Storage Contract, and Winter Storage Terms & Conditions. Each season, there will be multiple minor adjustments made to each of those pages, whether it be rate changes, edits in the text, and format changes etc. I need the ability to change the source files of those pages in that template with our updated documents.

    Thank you for your idea! I've analyzed your request about adding multiple pricing tables in documents created via Salesforce.


    It appears this functionality is already available through our Merge Rules feature. You can define which items should appear under pricing tables and quote builder sections using this functionality.

  7. Ability to assign an approver to a document created through the API. This approver should not be required to be assigned through the template first.

  8. When adding a new approver they can't update any document that was created prior to the change. This creates a bad experience where a new doc needs to be created via the template or the new approver can't approve. This creates a bad experience for the internal team and adds a delay for the recipient.

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

  15. Ability for a recipient to edit a form response after the form has been completed instead of having to resend a new blank form. I.E. A typo or missing information.

    Ability to add a note or reason for the sender asking the recipient to edit their form response.

  18. For example, a document has 10+ pages and a user wants to save a specific section of pages together into the Content Library. Right now, users have to add pages to the Content Library individually and then add them all to one document and then add that document to the Content Library.

  19. Let's say a document is sent for approval. When an approver reviews the document, as the document is in "Waiting for approval" status, the variables are not highlighted in yellow anymore and because of that the approver can't see what variables were filled in by the document sender and which variables were NOT filled in by the documents sender. The client wants a better experience and requests the ability to highlight required variables in such a way that this highlighting persists for the documents in the "Waiting for approval" status.
