  3. Salesforce Rich Text Fields format copying

    I want to be able to preserve the formatting of Rich Text Fields when sending them from Salesforce CRM to a PandaDoc template please. At the very least, I want to preserve line breaks!

  4. Want to keep templates at minimum. Tech solution has standard template > bring in scope from the CLI > then may want to add various video blocks for demos depending on the prospect and their knowledge of the solution. Not essential, but would be useful to be able to have smart content on top of CLIs to get more granular.

  6. From the documents list or even the viewed the ability to decline the document for the client. Sometimes they phone or email us directly back, not declining in Pandadoc. So they are getting reminders and our statistics are wrong.

    Hi. Currently, we don't have a direct feature for importing Excel files and aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. However, we do support creating tables from Excel data. 

    Here's a quick guide on how to do it:

    1. Copy Tables: You can copy a table, or part of a table, from Office Suite (Office 365 and desktop versions), Google Workspace, or even HTML.
    2. Paste in PandaDoc: Simply paste (Cmd/Ctrl + V) it into a PandaDoc page. This action will create a new PandaDoc table in your template, document, content library item, or form.
    3. Styling Options: You can restore the original styling of the table by selecting 'Source formatting' in the dropdown menu at the lower right corner of the table in PandaDoc.

  13. We are building a large number of templates. It seems crazy that we don't have collaboration tools for them like we do for documents. I need the same tools available in both places, don't you?!

  14. Automatically transfer content blocks/divide content blocks if they exceed the indicated PDF page break. as of the moment if a text block is large and the page break is indicated, you'll need to manually transfer the text to the next page in the web view. The client would like this to be done automatically, i.e. if the text is too long, it automatically appears on the next PandaDoc page

    Ability to enable a limitation that won't allow creating pages longer than they'll be displayed within the PDF version of the same document.

  18. Currently the subject of the email when a document is sent from a template is the name of the template and a message has to be written each time a document is sent via a template. I suggest that each template can have a custom default email subject and message that is filled into these areas and is able to be edited when sent but is auto filled to a the pre-set subject and message

  20. As of right now, email notifications (viewed, completed, failed) are sent to whoever sends the document. This feature would allow for that to be customized- allowing for different individuals to receive these emails.
