  6. Gratitude/Tips on Invoices

    We should always have the ability to add gratitude/tips to invoices.

    Better to have the option there and available should anyone want to tip rather than not having it at all.
    A workaround is an optional line item but that option is janky and I'm hoping for a proper 'Gratitude' option.

  8. The option to skip an approver if needed.

    I would like to set up two approvers on all my templates - first our head of sales and then second our CEO. Would it be possible to somehow make sure that the 1st approver doesn't need to approve the document again if the CEO makes an edit on it?

    So, if the document is approved by CEO, the sales rep won't need to approve but if the sales rep approves it, CEO will still need to approve it.

    Hi,

    Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. There’s no way to do that at the moment, but the good news is that we have already started working on that feature, and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter and via an alert inside PandaDoc.

  13. Forms workflow: embed form link to the document

    Allow to embed the form to the document (for example in case of T&Cs, etc.) without the recipient having to re-enter their personal information for form.

  16. Reduce steps to "Upload New Document" after the first one.

    Currently after you click "send" it opens a window that says "Create New document", then you have to choose "Blank", then you have to choose "Upload file".
    I have to often upload several different documents in a row, so it would be nice if there was an option to "Upload New Document" right after hitting "send" from the previous one.
