  1. Would like to be able to hide the "Initials' field type so it is not visible to end users. They use another method to prefill initials, so sometimes their users get confused.

  2. Stripe tax settings are already perfectly configured as the customer already went through all those steps with their support.

    The taxation works perfectly, and the proof of that is that taxes are applied correctly on all their other proposals in Pandadoc, except for the subscription ones. On the subscription ones, the taxes are applied successfully on the first payment, which also proves that taxes are applied correctly.

    But then, the remaining payment of the subscription do not have any taxes.

  3. Allow users to select an individual row and apply a custom background fill color to that row only, directly from the row's context menu or right-click options — similar to how cell background color works in tools like Google Sheets or Microsoft Word tables.

  5. If the email specified in the sender parameter does not match an existing workspace user, PandaDoc may automatically assign the document to the default workspace sender. In PandaDoc, the document owner always takes precedence over the sender parameter if the sender does not match the document owner or meet workspace requirements. Even if your API call sets a different sender, the document will still be sent from the document owner.

    Would like this to not occur, and allow for the sender perimeter to set the sender email

  12. The new UI/UX experience is awful. I have to click so many times just to get to drafts for review. I recorded a Loom of my experience. Please make this better! This is NOT an improvement.

  13. I've used DocuSign in the past and it provides a clean Timestamp of every action that downloads in tandem with my document. I've tried the CSV download but it's not exactly what I'm looking for.

  14. Currently, holding the Shift key is the necessary method for placing a field in a specific location without disturbing the surrounding text.

    Having a dedicated toggle to switch between inline fields and manual drag-and-drop would be a valuable addition to the editor.

  16. Some customers are working with the contract end date, which doesn't necessarily is the same as the document's expiration date. The option to set up tasks, even manually, would be useful so that our users don't forget to, for example, follow-up with the customer after the contract ends. Such a task should also result in sending an email notification to the chosen email address.

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.
