  1. Currently PandaDoc only sends a webhook when the document status changes, e.g. from sent to viewed, or viewed to completed. We'd like a webhook to notify our application each time a recipient opens a document. Example use case would be knowing if a recipient has opened a document multiple times and not signed, and we'd like to reach out to them.

  4. In the case of a multi-year contract with recurring products used in the quote builder, the ability to reflect the total for each year is required. For example, Product A costs $1,000 per year, and Product B costs $2,000 per year, making the total $3,000 per year.

  6. -Have an ability to add all amounts from an Opportunity in Salesforce (some are simply for display) and avoid additional calculations in the pricing table. Right now, you'd have to use Text columns to pull in those numbers so they will not manipulate the subtotal/total and the text columns will not have currency formatting.

  8. My company has several departments that operate as independent business units, so I've created workspaces in PandaDoc for each department. Most of our clients are also shared between these various departments, so we would like to be able to enter a client in one workspace, and then make that client available in any/all of the other workspaces so that someone in another department doesn't have to re-enter client information. This will help streamline our processes and make PandaDoc much more user friendly for our teams.

  9. When placing blocks side by side, resizing them is difficult because the dragger used to adjust the block sizes is too small, making it hard to grab and manipulate.

  11. The possibility to customize the wording when selecting the single-item or multiple-item option in the quote builder. Replacing "Select/Selected" by something else.
    That way the sender can let the recipient know what their "Suggestion" is etc.
