  1. There should be a way to align the fields' positions with each other. If we add multiple fields one under another, we can change their position using the spacebar key, but even then, the fields' position isn't completely aligned.

  2. A feature that can limit the future date range in the "Available dates" of a date field that the signer can select?

    For example, we don't want them signing today (Aug 2025) for a start date too far in the future (e.g. January 2026).

    We might not be able to maintain/honor our current pricing that far in advance.

  3. Users cannot currently request a notary from a specific state when doing an On Demand session. Certain states, such as Florida require their documents to be notarized only by Florida notaries. Need ability to request a notary for a specific state in this scenario.

  4. Currently, when using PandaDoc CPQ within HubSpot, the workflow feature allows users to create a document automatically as part of a defined workflow. However, there is also a separate “Create Document” button that allows team members to bypass the workflow entirely. Add an option to disable/remove or hide the “Create Document” button, so that all document creation must go through the designated workflow.

  5. Clicking on a template title should create a new document by default. Editing the template should live under the “More” dropdown. This would align with common UX expectations and reduce accidental template edits.

  6. If a deal is lost, I would like the related contract in Pandadoc to be updated automatically from "Sent" or "Viewed" to "Declined" when the HubSpot Deal Stage is moved to "Closed Lost". This would help us organize our contracts - without this automation we have to manually set the status when we lose a deal, making it more time consuming. If these were automatically set to "Declined" we could also automatically send them into a "Lost" folder for analysis to learn what went wrong with these proposals. The automations offered need to go both ways, not just Pandadoc -->…

  7. Right now, when setting up installment schedule, you can only set whole number percentages. Allow custom percentage or percentage with decimal like %5.2

  8. Currently, SMS reminders require recipients to receive a document or notification first, then opt in or provide initial consent to start receiving messages. And setting up delivery method is handled at the workspace or document level.

    This feature would allow recipients to self-enroll for SMS notifications by texting “START,” to PandaDoc phone number even if the workspace default delivery method is set to email. Recipients could opt in for SMS as an additional channel without affecting the default email delivery. This would give signers more flexibility, for example if they are away from the office, and help accelerate document signing…

    I'm wondering, following your example, if we send the documento be signed by "Anna K", but later on the shown ID is from other person (Verified name) which is nothing related to Anna K, is there a way to detect that automatically? In other words, basically, that expected name and verified name are different

  14. On the document viewer page add a link to force out a reminder email. Allow for the multi-selection of documents to bulk email reminders to multiple signers.
    On the dashboard, include an overview of sent documents that remain unsigned, listed in order of which will expire first.

  18. I have an entertainment company in Las Vegas. I use PandaDocs to send out proposals to my clients. I utilize the catalog feature to organize the various talent, acts, and activations we offer to our clients. I’d like to suggest a few changes to the platform that would enhance my process and make it more efficient and user-friendly.

    1. When I add an item from the catalog to a proposal, I often find that the item requires updates. It would be beneficial if I could update the item directly in the proposal and then sync the update back to the catalog.…

  19. Have the ability to start a report that ends at a future date without having to alter the custom date each time. For example, Today is February 13th and I would like to create a report for this quarter that collects data from the start of the year to the end of March for the first quarter, then start a new report for the next quarter, etc.
