Add Approval Workflow to Document In Draft Form (currently, can only do in a template)
Current process:
- Create a new template OR create a template from an existing document and then polish it up
- Create document
- Realize there is no approval workflow
- Convert to template
- Add workflow to template
- Create document
- Delete document that was originally created in Step 2
As long as it is in draft form, it seems like I should be able to add an Approval Flow regardless of it being a template or document.

Option to replace a signed document with a new one
Option in the Pandadoc to null the signed letter: replace a signed document with a new one. The existing signed documents should be in the bottom with X line.

Zoho trigger status for expired documents
Currently, if I set up a Zoho CRM automation so that when the contract is completed or declined, it changes the Deal status in Zoho CRM. LOVE IT! Huge fan! Is it possible to add a similar function to when the document expires? Currently the only two options are "Completed" or "Declined" on the Pandadoc side of the integration? Thank you!

Add Divider as a Component
For now there are no possibility to add responsive divider (just line - continuous, intermittent or dotted) that will visually divide different content blocks from each other horizontally or vertically. For now it possible to add horizontal divider with hack - create text field and put as much underscores (or dashes) as you need/want. But potentially such solution could brake alignment and position of other content block in document on exporting to Word (or any other external format) or rendering PDF.

Allow Bulk Send to send multiple documents to the same email
I have property managers who have one email but manage 10+ properties. Currently bulk send does not allow me to send multiple documents to a single email address
25 votesHi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

Automatic email response with next steps after recipient has signed and or paid
When someone signs and/or pays your contract. To automatically send them a Thank you or congratulations, Confirmation, or Next Steps, something you can customize to go out to your customer directly after they sign because I am not at my desk 24/7, and customers want reassurance that you received their signature and money. No different than when you buy something online, you get an email of that purchase. This is very crucial to all businesses. Communication is key to everything.
