Highlight or mark documents in completed folder
In the Completed folder, there should be a way to highlight or mark which documents were already worked and which need follow-up. Too often I cannot remember where I left off and end up viewing the same documents over again.

Bundling on Mobile App
Being able to bundle documents on the mobile app so users can work out of PandaDoc on an iPad and still be able to bundle if their workflow happens outside of the office (remotely working, etc).

Custom role ability to create automations
Custom roles: Ability to create automations without accessing the WS docs.
Right now only managers/admins can create automations, if we create a custom role with ALL of the same access as a normal admin but without access to documents, they are not able to create automations.

Access files uploaded from the Collect Files field via a link on the completed PDF, or attached to the email when a form is completed.
It would be helpful to either have a link generated within a completed document's PDF to the file uploaded via the Collect Files field in a document/form, or to have the option to include it as an attachment on the email which is sent out when a document/form is completed. Currently the uploaded file can only be accessed via the PandaDoc UI.

Expiring soon list of documents need to be more than two weeks
The customer would like the "Expiring Soon" tab to include documents that will expire within more than 2 weeks, not just 1 week.

Move "Create Document" button in Hubspot Above the document list.
As of now, the "Create Document" button is in the very bottom of PandaDoc module in Husbpot.
So in cases when there are too many documents per Husbpot Object - user has to scroll down through all of them to be able to click "Create Document".
Would be great to have this button moved up - above.

Automatically change straight quotation marks to curly quotation marks in PandaDoc Editor
I am wondering if there is a way to make it so the quotes in a document are smart quotes (the kind that curve towards the text) instead of the straight quotes? I want to change straight/dumb quotes to smart/curly quotes in documents.

Change the subject line of the form
The customer requests to change the subject line on the form when the copy was sent to the submitter of the form. Customer would like the subject line to indicate as them (form creator) instead of the submitter who sent them the copy of the form
