  3. I want to be able to group check box fields to require one checkbox to be selected in the group.

    Currently, we cannot make the single check box fields required, because the customer may not need to check all of the check boxes but they need to select at least one (and often more than one) in a group.

    You'll find this is common on IRS forms, where you select the checkboxes that apply to your situation.

    We would like to make sure that the recipient does select at least one check box in the group before moving on.

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

  4. In the quote builder block, it would be great to have the ability to customize the logic behind the columns and what they do to the price and the total.
    For example, there is a built-in 'fee' column that can be displayed as a percent markup on the products, but I would like to have the ability to adjust the logic behind the column.

  7. Need to be able to add multipage CLIs to the existing page. Currently, multipage CLIs are added to the document, it adds them as a new page not to the existing page, leaving blank space.

  8. Make the document auto-numbering per client basis:

    Ideally, we would want our templates to be aware of the 2nd sequence across all templates. So if we used Template A for a SOW today, it would show SOW 1. If we used Template B for a SOW tomorrow, it would know customer already had SOW 1 on another template.

  9. It would be helpful to have an option to create product variations. For example, we sell contracted services for one year, 2 year, 3 year or 5 year terms. These services have a different monthly price depending on the contract term. Currently, I have to create a separate product for each term, which adds a lot of extra products to my catalog. Instead, it would be nice to add the different prices for each contract term under one product in the catalog as a variation, and then be able to select the variation of the product from a dropdown when…

  10. Allow a copy of all completed agreements to store externally without template requirement (GDrive). This is particularly helpful as we have 30+ templates whereby 1 rule needs to be added for external saving of the agreements (Regulatory requirement). We face the issue if a template is created and the automation isn't saved then the agreement will not be stored externally.

  13. In the Completed folder, there should be a way to highlight or mark which documents were already worked and which need follow-up. Too often I cannot remember where I left off and end up viewing the same documents over again.

  14. When creating a startup it is necessary to make a founders agreement and an equity agreement. The equity agreement is much more formal in terms of ownership and is something I think will be used a lot.

  16. We want to use the quote builder for a prepaid block of hours based on FTE requirements. This figure is often not in whole numbers. For example, we may need 2.25 FTE rather than 2 or 3 FTE. Could we please get the ability to use decimal points in the quantity in the quote builder? It's available in the pricing table as an option currently.

  19. To be able to transfer data from one form ( Form1) to another form (Form2) automatically, for example:
    I want to send someone our "Intake Form" (lets call it Form 1). THEN I want to take the information from Form 1 and input it into a new form (Form 2). THEN I want to send that new form (Form 2) and send it to get signed by the client.
