Ability to create custom automations on the document level
Right now the automations are from the template level, which means you can't customize the documents in each automation based on the client. This causes automations to be useless for those who need to customize the docs. I suggest introducing document-level automations in order to build the docs you need then set up an automation based on those.

Shrink the height of fields (text fields). You can shrink the height of signature fields, but the text fields stop at a certain point.

Move Pricing Table Properties to the Pricing Table Theme Settings
Move the pricing table properties to the pricing table section on the right side, rather than clicking on the pricing table and going to properties that way. It's not intuitive.

receive email when the document is viewed: Can PandaDoc email us each time customer is looking at the proposal? (it does it when customer signs it but can it also email when customer is viewing it)

I am needing to notarize a document with two different humans who cannot sign together. I was planning on just having one sign the actual (long document) then have the second person just sign a page with a notary block. Is it possible to then add that last signature and notary block to the signed locked document?2 votesHi. View full drop down selection without having to increase field size length
View full drop-down selection without having to increase field size length. Currently, if the field length isn't long enough to show the text options within, the text gets cut off in the completed document and the PDF. There is no way for the sender to see the full option the recipient selected.

Improve email forward security to prevent impersonation and other risks
When you forward a signature email to another party, this new party can sign as you without anyone the wiser. I perceive this as a potential security breach.
Steps to reproduce:
As sender, prepare a document to be signed by signer1.
Disable the signature forwarding toggle.
Send by email.
As recipient1, forward the email to recipient2 (email forward, NOT the button in the body of the email)
As recipient2, open the document and observe that you are signing as recipient1.On the top of my head, automated email forwarding are particularly problematic in this case, among other security concerns. Also…

Ability to filter by team in the Admin view of the Dashboard
Would like the option for the admin to pick members of their team they want to display in the Admin view of the dashboard.
So instead of viewing all documents created by one individual or all, we would like to pick from several at once, and save that view so department leads can see just how their team is doing while using the Home dashboard, vs the whole company using PandaDoc.
