Customized Notifications to the Prospects
Hi, After sending the document to the receipt , I would love to send a customized notifications on particular date or frequency, or with customized comments. Currently there is only one option, the reminder will go after every 3 days, it should be customizable with the text and should allow to set based on the user wish

Support ticket requests in app to cc admins for visibility and notifications by workspace
support tickets – is there a way to have every support ticket submitted by a user in our account (in app request + emailed support) to cc a specific email and admins of the workspace?
I'd prefer to have our IT department to supervise support requests and admins to have visibility.The only way is to CC them in a reply to the emailed ticket.
Goal: every ticket created in any workspace has him cc’d on it so he can be aware of any issues, as well as having the workspace admins cc’d to allow better tracking of potential issues.

Add Custom Fonts to Company Branding
As an HR leader, I want all my HR documents to be branded according to our company’s branding guidelines. Every time I build a new template, though, I need to re-add our company’s custom font, making this task time-consuming and repetitive.
Idea: when adding new custom fonts, save them permanently in the account and/or workspace font options as primary fonts. This will save PeopleOps time and reduce branding errors.

Statements of Work are created with a series of tasks built from content blocks in the content library. Each content block can contain a "task." Ideally, this list of tasks or content blocks should be sent to SalesForce to populate another system for project management.1 vote -

I am generating a document via API from a template, and linking the document to a pipedrive deal. However, the pipedrive merge fields in the template do not populate with the data from pipedrive. How do I get the data to autopopulate by linking the deal without having to pass each field to the template via the API.2 votes -
