  2. It would be helpful if the fields can be reassigned to a recipient within a document after it is sent.
    Ex. onboarding and collecting files from a client, they are completing other parts of the document but another party (included as a recipient) needs to upload documents, it would be helpful to be able to reassign those fields to the other recipient without editing the document and losing all the data from another recipient.

    • specifically to select fields...not all fields.

  7. Feature request would be the ability to toggle Suggest Edits for specific roles on a template, rather then either ON/OFF for all roles - This would allow specific members in a signing order to suggest/resolve edits, while the final recipient (Customer) would not be able to do so.

  11. when an employee clicks a form link, allow for the recipient fields to have a drop down of who that specific role could go to. For example, we have a signing order set on a form, and for one of the roles, it needs to go to who their boss reports to for our board of directors. Could their be a drop down with the board of directors to select from when they are filling out the information on recipients for a form?

  17. Would love the ability for the Fillable DATE field to also reflect timestamp (hour,seconds in UPT) of when it was signed. We are getting pushback on binding contracts because we don't have this timestamp on signature/date sections. I understand the full timestamp is on the cert (date AND time), but we need it to reflect where the date and signatures are within the doc. This could be an added setting in Workspace Settings > Default Date Format, that just adds an option for toggling on/off the addition of the timestamp

  19. Allowing to set a minimum, maximum, or total amount of checkboxes that need to be selected. For example, we have faculty who need to select 12 workdays outside of the scheduled semester dates. We want to set it up that we have more than 12 checkboxes available to check, but they have to check 12 of them. Currently, it is set up that they are not required, since we would not want them checking all of the boxes.
