Change the default screen for creating a document: Make My templates a default page when creating documents
Be able to set the preferred screen for when you go to create a document. Instead of the Quick Access tab, would like to be able to set the default to seeing My templates when creating a document and set this for a workspace. See images for reference:

Condensed version of documents
A condensed version of the document. For example, internally the client needs only about 3 pages of the 12-14.
Let's say there is a document with 18 pages. A lot of which is marketing and not a specific agreement. Therefore once signed, we only need page 10 once signed. Also, internal finance and logistics departments only need page 10 as well. Therefore, once signed, 2 PDFs are needed: one complete and one, 1 page.

play video in presentation mode after the document is sent
They like to send presentations with the video and content to their clients and review the document together while on a call.
Ideally, once the document is sent, enable the sender to enter into presentation mode and scroll down to the page with the video and make the video playable while in presentation mode.

My workflow involves making hard copies of multiple similar documents at around the same time -- current PandaDoc process involves opening and printing each one individually.

update the close date of an opportunity in Salesforce when a contract is signed.
when an envelope was returned as signed and the opportunity updated to close won it would put the close date to that day. This meant our opportunities are always dated the date it was signed.

Customers want rich text formatting from HubSpot fields to be preserved when syncing into PandaDoc. Currently formatting is flattened into plain text, requiring manual cleanup and reducing efficiency.

In the template editor, have a visual cue for if a field is optional or required.
Instead of having to click on a field, then click on properties to see whether or not the field is required, have some visual indication that shows whether a field is optional or required, similar to how the template looks after it is sent.

The customer is using conditional fields and they would like to have the option 'Hide these fields' when they create a conditional rule.
At the moment we have the following parameters:

Allow the workspace Admin (Owner) to make changes to other users settings (notifications, user profile)
As my company's contract manager it would be great if I could set up my team with the notifications settings they need upfront and upload their profile pictures. I often send on their behalf and can't get them collectively to all update their photos and settings as needed for this to run smoothly.
