  4. Option to generate link and will not send the document

  5. Quote UX imppovements (to match pricing table options)

    The client needs to make sure the design of their quotes is EXACTLY as it used to be - they were using pricing tables before. Now that they moved to CPQ, there are some quote design limitations that are critical for them:
    Bold column headers
    Alternate row colours

  8. Allow Smart Form Fields to Populate Values Even When Hidden

    Currently, in PandaDoc Smart Forms, when a rule both hides a field and sets its default value, the value is not populated because hidden fields default to empty.

    The solution is to allow hidden fields to retain or populate their values when set by a rule, so users can hide fields from the form interface while still leveraging their values.

  10. Update Hubspot Property with PandaDoc document status.

    I am also looking to populate a property to log the time stamp of when a document has been sent and when a document has been paid. For this I've created a property called "PandaDoc status" on hubspot deals. I would like this property to mirror the live status of the document. While I see how to change the deal stage, I want to send the document status to a property in hubspot. Can you help me with this please? It's quite urgent so if you could get back to me asap that would be great!

  12. ability to add 3rd discount in one pricing table: 1) in the line items, 2) in the subtotal, and 3) overall total.

    I finally had time to try to make this work and I can get two discounts to work but we actually need to be able to have 3:
    1) line item discount
    2) multi-year discount
    3) reseller discount

    We need them to also calculate in that order.
