  2. Tie Approvals to Content Library Items

    I would like the option for a particular content library item to require approval on the documents where it is placed. My firm could use this with our Bio page library items, so for example if Joe Smith's bio gets added to a document, Joe Smith's approval becomes part of the workflow. I would imagine this functionality could have many other use cases.

  8. Automatically replace the content of a document with the file attached via manual "Change status" window

    At the moment when you change the status of a document manually, there's an option to upload a file to the manual status change email notifications which are sent to recipients. The feature request is to replace the documentn's content with the file you've uploaded

    Hi there! We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

  11. Add a Weight Field with Subtotal or a Generic Whole Number Field with Subtotal

  12. Table modifications

    should be possible to separate rows that belong to the columns
    Each of the columns should have several lines
    ability to draw lines for the table (as it is possible in word now)
    improved design options so you can create the table/chart from scratch and recreate the same table as you have in word
