  3. I want to be able to group check box fields to require one checkbox to be selected in the group.

    Currently, we cannot make the single check box fields required, because the customer may not need to check all of the check boxes but they need to select at least one (and often more than one) in a group.

    You'll find this is common on IRS forms, where you select the checkboxes that apply to your situation.

    We would like to make sure that the recipient does select at least one check box in the group before moving on.

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

  4. Right now the user list is ordered by account owner and role. It would be preferred if users could choose the order themselves (alphabetical, by role, by addition to workspace, etc)

  7. If the same user is being a part of multiple approvers groups (with different purposes) on a single document, notifications should be sent separately for each approvers group.

  11. eliminate the manual upload of documents in PD, just send the documents for signature via email and then it gets uploaded directly in PD where it just need to access and sign the document. upload document from email to pandadoc

    Hi,

    Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. There’s no way to do that at the moment, but the good news is that we have already started working on that feature, and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter and via an alert inside PandaDoc.

So we are currently able to update the Salesforce Opportunity Stage when the status of related PandaDoc Document is changed (i.e. PandaDoc Document Completed = Opportunity Stage Closed Won) but we would like the ability to do the opposite. The use case here is we would like to mark all outstanding "sent" documents as 'Declined' when we move the related Salesforce Opportunity as Closed Lost. This will ensure there are no outstanding documents "hanging out" that are related to dead sales opportunities.
