  8. Global Settings: disable pdf download for entire account / Ability to disable the 'Download document' for recipients on the account level

    For global settings, give admins the ability to set whether pdf downloads are enabled or disabled at the organization level or at the template level. For example, our organization would like to disable downloads by default. Currently all users have to select this at the document level before sending to a user.

    Hi,

    Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. We have great news – the option you are looking for already exists.

    PandaDoc makes 3 attempts to deliver a webhook. After this, you can manually retry failed webhooks, as shown in the picture.

  13. Incorporating signatures from other docs to a PandaDoc

    Hi! It would be great to get a feature by which you could incorporate signatures from other docs to a certain PandaDoc. Sometimes, for schedule-reasons there are several copies of the same doc being sent to signatories who may wish to sign via different techniques (via email as PDF, hard copies and so on). This leads to multiple duplicates of the signature page being attached manually to the final doc, each of the pages containing one signature only. Therefore, it would be great if PandaDoc supported incorporating signatures to the one and the same PandaDoc, even though the signatures would…

  20. Highlight/ point out unassigned fields in the template/document

    should be an easy way to see which fields are not assigned (in addition to green color, such fields can be highlighted somehow or pointed out/ do have a pop-up so it will be easier to find the unassigned fields
