Reduce steps to "Upload New Document" after the first one.
Currently after you click "send" it opens a window that says "Create New document", then you have to choose "Blank", then you have to choose "Upload file".
I have to often upload several different documents in a row, so it would be nice if there was an option to "Upload New Document" right after hitting "send" from the previous one.1 vote -

Ability to download PDFs with all the pictures in the document!
I need to be able to download PDFs with the pictures, that my client has kindly uploaded, visible. Currently when I download a PDF all I see is links or names of the files instead of the actual photos.

Make it easier to open documents in the actual PandaDoc app
I often find myself viewing a document through another application (e.g., opening an email link or using the Chrome extension from Gmail or Copper) and then needing to work on it in the PandaDoc application - but to do that, I have to open a new tab, login, and find the document. These extra steps are tedious (and can take awhile on weak internet connections), and it seems very unnecessary. Thanks for considering this!

system to detect that a quote name already exists, so it gives us an alert or something

Signature Forwarding via link
At present document forwarding and signature forwarding can only be done by pandadoc email, even if the original recipient was sent it via a link. This suggestion is to allow the forwarder to generate a new link for the person they are forwarding to.
This is needed because of 2 problems with email sending
1. Email deliverability - people use links to send documents because they don't want to risk their document getting spam filtered, which can happen quite frequently and unpredictably. As signature forwarding only has a pandadoc email option this means the original email will get through, but…3 votes -
More connection between workspaces: Design options, themes, settings shared between workspaces
- themes and fonts available and shared across all workspaces
- swap users between workspaces (move user from one to another worskpace without deleting and re-add it in another workspace)
- shared settings for all the workspaces to better manage the account
