4. Document Forwarding Help Text (Change forward button text and make it more visible)

   Customer needs some kind of help text for when a recipient needs to forward a document. When it gets to them, they do not really understand how to forward.

   Would be great to have help text or a walkthrough on the forwarding option (or just make it a little more visible) so its clear what to do on the recipient end.

10. Format messages (new paragraphs, etc.) for documents sent via API

    While sending the document via API, it there a way to format the message? or is there a way to use a saved message? Currently we are not able to format it like adding newlines and as a result the email comes out to be a large blob of text.

20. Pricing Table - edit formatting of one cell with single click and highlight multiple cells to bulk change

    New pricing table as of June 2020: In every single cell you have to click once, and then again in order to edit any of the formatting (Text alignment, etc) and you cannot highlight multiple cells (of the same or different formatting) to bulk change them. This request is in favor to fix this.
