  1. Would love to be able to integrate directly into Click Up to create tasks from accepted documents AND attach the document to the task. Would make our workflow much easier, and reduce some manual processes.

  5. At the moment: Custom money variables will pass to the document without a currency symbol and formatting. - per the Help Center article Hubspot CRM.

    This request is in regards to allowing values '.00' to be passed with currency. For example, 250.00 will currently be passed as 250 - the client would like the value to come in as 250.00.

  7. When you have over 20 workspaces, in this case hundreds, the loading time to search for one is longer than expected. It can take 20-30 seconds, sometimes longer. This use case has around 500.

  9. Ensure that a document cannot be signed if it lacks specific phrases or statements. Use case:
    Contracts are sent out for signatures, with the client signing first and the CEO signing afterward, finalizing the document. It is necessary to ensure that the document cannot be signed by the client if it lacks specific required phrases or statements.

  11. Add multiple table subtotals to specify which columns we want included in that amount, and reference that subtotal as a variable in the document text

    Right now, by default, when you add a subtotal, it just includes all the price columns, but we want to be able to click on it and enable/disable the columns you do or don't want in that subtotal

    We also want the discount column to be configurable similarly, where we can specify which columns that discount applies to, because right now it applies to the whole row

  12. Right now, when a user is removed from a workspace, that user is not removed from an approval workflow. An error message is received and the approval workflow can't be updated until the deactivated user is removed from the approval workflow. If that user is in a lot of approval workflows, it will be monotonous to remove the deactivated user from all of the approval workflows.

  13. Option to set customizable intervals between reminders and duration. For example, set up automatic reminders for the invoices sent via Panda twice a month. One reminder every 2 weeks. Length - 2 months. Then it should be stopped sending.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. We have great news – the option you are looking for already exists. For more information, please follow the steps below:

    1. Select Connect account during the Automations setup.
    2. In the Authorization window, scroll to Site name.
    3. Add the name of the SharePoint site you want to connect to. If left blank, Workato will connect to your default home site.
    4. Use the site name as found in the URL of the site page. For example, if the URL is https://company-name.sharepoint.com/sites/product, use product.

  17. The ability to have an automation trigger an action or actions when a specific field or fields meet the selected criteria. Here is an example:

    A document which has two required signatures (client and sales) among other data but most importantly, a field that has a drop down for length of contract terms - 12M, 24M, and 36M. Once the document is digitally signed by both parties, it is moved to a specific folder based on the selection chosen for length of contract terms (e.g. 12M terms gets moved to a folder labeled 12M, etc).
