    Hi there,

Thanks for sharing this idea. At the moment, this is not on our roadmap, mainly because the use case isn't fully clear to us yet.

Currently, line items or products are pulled in and used as inputs for our quoting components — like the pricing table or quote builder. We're not planning any changes here for now.

That said, if you have a specific scenario or workflow in mind, we’d really love to hear it! Feel free to reply here or drop me an email — happy to follow up and see if this is something we should explore further.

  3. Increase save time - more than 6 months
An extended or searchable audit history would improve traceability, accountability, compliance, and troubleshooting by allowing administrators to review document activity beyond the current retention window. Ideally, organisations could configure the retention period based on their business or compliance requirements.

  6. In the new editor experience (Project Delta), the option to remove unfilled CRM variables and display them as blank is only available during the Review & Send flow. When a user downloads a PDF directly — without going through the send flow — unfilled variables render as visible placeholder text (e.g., {{WorkOrder_c}}). This was not the behavior in the previous editor, where unfilled variables appeared blank on download automatically.

  7. Many customers need to make updates to templates on an annual or monthly basis and at the moment the best option is to duplicate the template and make the changes ahead of the deadline, then transition and train all users to use the new templates on the day of deadline. It would be great to schedule updates to templates ahead of time to go live on a specific date for the existing template that the users are already familiar with using. This would save the rush to update and swap templates within a tight turnaround as well as reduce the…

  9. The classic PandaDoc experience has been a reliable part of our day-to-day workflow. Since being migrated to the new editor, several pain points have significantly impacted productivity: there are too many steps in the document creation flow, and the overall experience feels choppy and disjointed. The new experience does not feel efficient for the team's volume of work. We would like to request the option to permanently retain the classic PandaDoc experience, or at the very least have the migration cutoff extended beyond Q3 2026 so that there is more time to adjust before being fully transitioned.

  14. fully-designed template page to be generated once per Opportunity Product when a document is created from Salesforce. Each generated page should render that product's own field values in a rich layout — in this case, a [Notes] placeholder populated from the Notes field of the corresponding Opportunity Product. The number of products is variable per Opportunity (for multiple opportunities)

  18. Currently, when changes are made to Salesforce object schemas (such as field renames, new custom fields, or mapping updates), or when fields simply need to be resynced, administrators must manually open every single template in a workspace to refresh or update the Salesforce tokens/fields. For workspaces with dozens or hundreds of templates, this manual process is incredibly tedious, prone to human error, and a major operational bottleneck.

    Proposed Solution
We need a way to trigger a bulk refresh of Salesforce field mappings for all templates within a specific workspace simultaneously. This could be achieved via two proposed methods:

    Option A…

  19. Drawn signatures appear too light/gray on iPad during embedded signing — please allow opacity/pen thickness adjustment.

Please add the ability to adjust the darkness/opacity (or ideally offer a black, solid-stroke option) for drawn signatures in embedded signing — either as a workspace setting, a document-level configuration, or an API parameter in the signing session configuration. This would significantly improve the signing experience for iPad users and ensure consistent, professional-looking signatures across all devices.

  20. On the Home screen or Document summary screen, it displays "Waiting Approval" - I want to see which approver it is waiting on.

We have 3-4 approvers to ensure quotes are going out correctly, and for auditing purposes. Seeing this would be especially helpful for the approvers to quickly scan which documents need THEIR approval. It's also helpful for our sales reps to see who is holding up the process for an internal nudge, and admin if one of the approvers is OOO.

Possible Solution: Add a column to the either (or both) screens: "waiting on" with approver's name.
