  3. It is hard to know when a client is done editing a document. It would be ideal to receive a notification that they are done, rather than a notification for every edit they make. This will ensure we are both not working on the document at the same time.

    This feature would be best to be an option that can be turned on or off, so that you could still allow a team to work both live in the document.

  4. most of our users prefer to create their documents, then download them and/or print them out instead of sending them out through PandaDoc or presenting them digitally in person. The problem there is that, even with an approval rule in place, it appears that users can still just create their document and download it, which would allow them to completely circumvent the approval process. That’s obviously a huge liability for us, which is why we’ve not made this particular service template available to anybody outside of our master workspace (which only very specific people can currently access).   15. Option to disable the document value for documents that have no commercial value.
    For example, HR documents don't have a currency value but they are not worthless as the value 0.00 suggests.

  18. It would be a great idea to have an typeable as well as selectable date control where by user can type the date rather then current select a date(s) by clicking.

    It is difficult to select lets say 01/01/1985. One has to select right year, followed by month and date.

  19. What we see happening over time is that we create multiple templates with roughly the same content. Updating these templates is a time consuming endeavor because there is no way we can centrally manage/update the content.
    How cool would it be if there would be a central page in settings called "Variables" where
    You can create variables with set content.
    reuse these variables across all your docs.
    A variable could also be an image or a piece of content library content

    It is a simple yet efficient idea that would make our lives a lot easier.
