Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. There’s no way to do that at the moment, but the good news is that we have already started working on that feature, and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter and via an alert inside PandaDoc.

Create an approval workflow where the agent sends the document as if there were no approvals and then once it is approved, the document is sent automatically to the recipient.

Maybe have an auto-send toggle (off by default to be backwards compatible) that would giver users an option to auto-send if they wanted to.

This is very important since we use PandaDoc for automations and this would save us time and efforts in order to focus more on Sales instead of monitoring documents back and forth! Thank you!!

I understand not auto sending if an approval is rejected - but I don't see the benefit of of not auto sending after approval - unless the user does not want to email the client via PandaDoc - but as part of a separate email that includes links to other online forms (such as a HubSpot form etc).
