  1. Include template name in the import email when catalog item updated

    Please include template name in the import email when catalog items are updated with a new csv import. This will help us know which templates were updated when the catalog import was completed.

  3. Ability to collect form data and map to Google Sheets

  4. Adding a "Complete" status to the documents with payment gateways

    The documents with enabled gateway integration don't have a status "Completed" when signed, only "Waiting for payment" and "Paid". There should be a transition status added

  7. Default Signature for PandaDoc Users' Signing as a Recipient on a document sent to them by another PandaDoc user.

    The customer has to re-upload their signature every time they sign a document sent to them by another PandaDoc user. They would like to have their saved signature available when signing as a document recipient.

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

  11. Update PandaDoc Document Status based on Salesforce Opportunity Stage

    So we are currently able to update the Salesforce Opportunity Stage when the status of related PandaDoc Document is changed (i.e. PandaDoc Document Completed = Opportunity Stage Closed Won) but we would like the ability to do the opposite. The use case here is we would like to mark all outstanding "sent" documents as 'Declined' when we move the related Salesforce Opportunity as Closed Lost. This will ensure there are no outstanding documents "hanging out" that are related to dead sales opportunities.

  19. Selected filters remain when user returns to the documents tab

    When we apply filters to the documents tab and click into a document, when we then want to return to the documents tab and click back the original filters are lost so that we have to reapply the same filters again. Managers in particular are finding this frustrating and time consuming. We'd like the filters to remain
