Ability to see any documents which need action taken in the dashboard
It would be useful to be able to see documents which are needing action by the user, regardless of if the document was sent to the user from someone outside of their account. Currently, documents pending action need to be searched for through searching emails. It would be useful to have the account be a one-stop-shop including any documents that need to be completed.

Auto-assign Fields when uploading a PDF with Field Tags
At this time, when uploading a PDF and using Field Tags, the user is asked to assign a recipient when uploading the PDF and then click 'Assign All' to assign the recipient to all of the fields. Can it be possible to have the fields auto-assign and not have to click 'Assign All'?

Changing the information without touching the components of the document
Its not necessarily a rate changes only that we need to change but rather the documents themselves usually have multiple updates each season. For instance we have a template that has about 4 pages: A Customer Information Form, a Payment Policy Notification, a Winter Storage Contract, and Winter Storage Terms & Conditions. Each season, there will be multiple minor adjustments made to each of those pages, whether it be rate changes, edits in the text, and format changes etc. I need the ability to change the source files of those pages in that template with our updated documents.

When adding a new approver they can't update any document that was created prior to the change.
When adding a new approver they can't update any document that was created prior to the change. This creates a bad experience where a new doc needs to be created via the template or the new approver can't approve. This creates a bad experience for the internal team and adds a delay for the recipient.

Highlight required variables for approver
Let's say a document is sent for approval. When an approver reviews the document, as the document is in "Waiting for approval" status, the variables are not highlighted in yellow anymore and because of that the approver can't see what variables were filled in by the document sender and which variables were NOT filled in by the documents sender.
