  1. Wants to use the A4 layout feature for all documents. Currently has to edit each one manually. There are two countries in the world using US format (US + Canada) - everyone else uses A4. Thank you!

  3. Zapier can be used to create a document and pre-populate it with token data (merge fields). It would be useful if (product) images could also be inserted this way (for example as base64). Currently I create documents via Zapier, and must manually insert the related images in PandaDoc.

  5. In the assign people to roles screen and choose to Add new contact > click Show more field, the Job title field is not included. Client will have to go to PD contacts tab to add this details for the variable to work.

  6. Administrator license - to be used by the account owner to still have access to invite users and manager roles and workspaces, but does not need to create, upload, edit, send, or even read and approve docs.

  10. Hello,

    Is there a way to export/print a pdf with the bookmarks. Similar to Word, perhaps there's a feature where you can select "turn headers into bookmarks." For large proposals, bookmarks tend to work best over the TOC and provide a better experience for the recipient and a timesaver for us users who have to manually create them

  19. Someone can check option 1 (for example) for radio buttons in the pricing table and sign it, and then the second person can change it to option 2.
    Like other fields, the radio buttons and checkboxes should be assigned to a role or an individual.
