  2. ability to use invites to other workspaces when SSO is enabled

    currently with SSO enforced users can only go into a fixed workspace and can't accept invites to other workspaces until they are in the fixed workspace. would be helpful to be able to either log in through SSO and be placed in fixed workspace or send invite to any workspace and ignore the fixed workspace

  3. Option to hide product catalog item

    hide the products in our catalog to avoid the incorrect items be selected, but would still like to have access to them if we need them for the future

  4. Add spacing between header area and content.

    On page breaks, content moved to next page is too close to the header looking terrible.

  8. Granular Notification Settings for Forms initiators and workflow receipients

    Currently, for a user completing a form, they will automatically receive 2 email notifications: 1 for that they've completed the form (but the language is confusing) and 1 when the form is complete. These messages are confusing to an end user who has the experience of completing a form and does not expect any further action.

    Could notifications be turned on or off in by User? Where the roles are defined, could there be an additional choice to have them select email notifications when 1. Their part is complete 2. When the document is completed by all?

  16. Mobile preview: Ability to preview documents how they would look on mobile

    It would be very convenient if there was a possibility to see how the document would look on mobile Public View.
    Sometimes the web version can differ from the mobile one so in order to check it, currently, users need to send it to themselves. Perhaps, something like Chrome Dev Tool( where you can see how the page adjusts to the screen size) might work

  17. Send notification to recipient for declined document

    The ability to send declined document notifications to CC'd recipients as well.

    Scenario: At the moment, it is important that we let the CC'd recipient know as we are setting up an integration via Zapier so after the document is created from a template it goes to the right recipients and order, but the person generating this document is not the account holder but the person who is CC'd into the document.
