3. Document deletion restriction for non-admins/managers / restrict deleting completed documents

   There should be a possibility to prevent a user from deleting a document, especially after it gets sent for approval (through the workflow). that should be an admin/manager only function.

   Ability to only delete drafts and approved contracts, but not signed contracts
