  1. Ability to limit the future dating range

    A feature that can limit the future date range in the "Available dates" of a date field that the signer can select?

    For example, we don't want them signing today (Aug 2025) for a start date too far in the future (e.g. January 2026).

    We might not be able to maintain/honor our current pricing that far in advance.

  3. Smart Forms: mapping fields improvements

    I need to map the fields in the Smart Forms to fields in the Document Template. We have 100+ fields in teh Smart Forms and it's really hard to map because the selection in the dropdown are not alphabetical and there's no way to do a quick filter. See attached screenshot.

  5. Support Formatted Currency Output for Custom and Calculated Fields in HubSpot

    Currently, only standard currency fields in HubSpot provide both a raw value and a formatted version (e.g., $1,000.00). However, custom and calculated fields return only the raw numeric value without any formatting, which causes issues when pulling those values into integrations like PandaDoc — especially when a properly formatted currency display is needed. Enable custom and calculated properties of the currency field type to return both:
    value (e.g., 1000)
    formatted (e.g., $1,000.00)

    This would allow seamless use in document generation tools (e.g., PandaDoc), without requiring manual formatting or workarounds.

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

  11. Sync bullet points back into Salesforce (update opportunity products trigger)

    At the moment, bullet points will not sync back into the description (or a custom rich text field) in Salesforce product when using the trigger. It will show as one line.

  13. SFDC CPQ Workflows support for Quote object

    Being able to trigger a PandaDoc CPQ workflow pulling in data from the Quote and Quote Line Items. Currently it is just supported for Opportunity and Opportunity Products.

  14. HubSpot Syncing on Contact Records

    Currently, the PandaDoc and HubSpot integration only functions at the Deal level. We need this to sync not only at the Deal level but also at the Contact level. For example, the automation currently only attaches the completed file if the document was sent through a Deal, but it does not work when sending documents from a Contact record.

  19. Customize wording in quote builder (Select/Selected) , single/multiple item selection

    The possibility to customize the wording when selecting the single-item or multiple-item option in the quote builder. Replacing "Select/Selected" by something else.
    That way the sender can let the recipient know what their "Suggestion" is etc.
