Fix PandaDoc HubSpot integration to match update HubSpot Object Merge - Jan 2025
When HubSpot updated merge functionality in Jan 2025 (including Contacts and Companies, refer: https://developers.hubspot.com/changelog/updated-merge-functionality-for-crm-objects-including-contacts-and-companies) it broke the mapping between Contact and Company objects, and their associated PandaDoc documents.
Problem: When a PandaDoc document is created from a HubSpot Contact or Company, the HubSpot Object ID as added to the PandaDoc document metadata. Under the updated HubSpot object merge, Contacts and Companies are allocated a new Object ID. Therefore, when two HubSpot contact or company records are merged and then viewed in HubSpot, the associated PandaDoc documents for the two merge objects, do not appear on the new object PandaDoc…

Sync bullet points back into Salesforce (update opportunity products trigger)
At the moment, bullet points will not sync back into the description (or a custom rich text field) in Salesforce product when using the trigger. It will show as one line.

Webhook for each time a recipient views a document
Currently PandaDoc only sends a webhook when the document status changes, e.g. from sent to viewed, or viewed to completed. We'd like a webhook to notify our application each time a recipient opens a document. Example use case would be knowing if a recipient has opened a document multiple times and not signed, and we'd like to reach out to them.

Pricing table/Quote builder: Populate the name of the product selected by the recipient into a variable
Wanting the name of the product chosen to populate as a variable - This is critical for us as we use sections in quotes to allow us to offer different subscription bundles with add ons at different discounts. Using customized selections for sections in the quote table they are able to do this, but then in the Terms of Service/Agreement Details, I need to populate the name of their selection. We can currently use a variable to show the total based on their selection but we need to show the name too.

The ability for reports to show user data/internal rate, for example:
- First response time - time to respond/open a quote once it has been submitted for approval
- Number of edits - number of edits required on documents before approval

Pass specific currency formatting to PandaDoc
At the moment: Custom money variables will pass to the document without a currency symbol and formatting. - per the Help Center article Hubspot CRM.
This request is in regards to allowing values '.00' to be passed with currency. For example, 250.00 will currently be passed as 250 - the client would like the value to come in as 250.00.

Hubspot 2 Way Sync: Create a new contact and company in HubSpot from PandaDoc recipients
The option to create new contacts/companies in HubSpot when a document is completed by someone not currently in our hubspot account. We would like to be able to update contact and company properties in HubSpot from a document sent in PandaDoc.

Pre-Sign a Document before sending in bulk
Currently we pre-sign with a .PNG signature before sending it out to many signers, but the document certification only shows one of the signers at the end. It would be incredibly helpful to be able to generate the document and be able to add a legal pre-signature so both signers appear in the certification.

Prompt a warning before deleting content library items used in smart content blocks
There should be a warning before you delete a content library item. Some items could be used in a smart content block and when the content library item is deleted, it essentially breaks the smart content block. There should be an indicator that the content library item is attached/being used in a smart content block.
