Align checkboxes into table cells (see description)
It would be useful to have the option to properly align checkboxes and other fillable fields within tables, so that for instances where you add information to the table, it doesn't misalign multiple checkboxes within a document or template.
Currently if you manually align multiple checkboxes on top of a table and then, for example, add text to a table cell next to it which creates another line, it will misalign all of the checkboxes on the document. It would be helpful if instead of placing these checkboxes "above" the table, at least have the option to add it within…

Allow issuing Forms from API
Currently you can only list forms from the API. But forms should be a first-class citizen just as documents are. At a minimum, a Form link (and unique ID, like a session) should be retrievable via API.
This would increase your bottom line as you charge for >250 forms. It would also greatly facilitate our workflow.

Default drop down lists
Add the option to import or select a default dropdown item list. As an example have a template for state as a drop down item. Instead of having to add every state manually as a drop down item having a template list that can be added when the drop down field is added to a form\document.

Pre-set but adjustable auto-reminders
Make default auto-reminders every 3 days, like in docusing.
While sending a document, would be good to see how often reminders would be sent (put the checkbox with options: every 3 days, every 7 days, customize) .
Is really inconvenient and extra work to look for the comment, go many extra steps to send one reminder.

Option for Quarterly Billing pricing in the catalog
Currently the options are Weekly, Monthly, and Annually. It would be helpful to have an option for quarterly as well.

Ability to set a custom font by default at the account level
It would be helpful to be able to set a default Google Fonts custom font to avoid the need to update the font on each document.

Archive Contacts
Also is there an Archive feature on Contacts in PandaDoc? I dont want to delete old contacts in PandaDoc as i want them to still be linked with their documents but archive would be helpful to keep the list clean.

Recipients able to click on hyperlinks on a sent document without having to download PDF
For example, a PDF is uploaded into PandaDoc with hyperlinks. I can click on the hyperlinks in the editor. Once the document is sent, the recipient is not able to click on the hyperlinks unless a PDF of the sent document is downloaded.

Use HubSpot properties to assign recipients to the role
When we create a new pandadoc document from Hubspot, an iframe opens where we first have to select the signer on our side and the signer on client side. After selecting those we can select "Create document".

eliminate the manual upload of documents in PD, just send the documents for signature via email and then it gets uploaded directly in PD where it just need to access and sign the document. upload document from email to pandadoc

'Search Bar' in move documents
There should be an option to 'SEARCH' for folders here in the moving document prompt. We have to scroll endlessly when i have to move a file starting with the alphabets which are latter in the sequence.
